  I rented this place for a holiday vacation with my inlaws... it was better than advertised! The house comfortably holds 8 people and has enough space to relax away from the crowd if need be. Plus the kitchen is incredible... an excellent space to read a book in the morning sun, play an evening game of cards, or just drink wine and socialize over good food! The neighborhood has everything one needs within walking distance (coffee shop, restaurants, etc) and downtown is easily accessible.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

  Our family drove down from Michigan and the other half drove up from Georgia, we met in Nashville to marry off a family member, shot gun style lol, and spend time in the honky tonks in the city. Well the families fell in love with the house; the basement, large kitchen and back yard specially the swing and we hardly ever left, the newlyweds even came over! Our families were most impressed with this rental and would recommend it to any one coming to Nashville! P.S Me and my boy did sneek out to Wild Bucks and had a great time, downtown was only 10 minutes away!

  My extended family and I had a wonderful time at this house. It was very roomy on the inside and tastefully decorated. The basement is suprisingly large and comfortable as well as the upstairs master suite. I want that kitchen and family room set up transplanted to my house please. We were all in town for my daughter's wedding and had lots of fun. Easy transition to expressways but still in a quaint neighborhood. I'll be looking to stay in this place, if it's available, the next time I am in Nashville. Thanks so much to Tina who was very gracious in answering all of my questions and giving me helpful hints on places to eat!

  My friends and I had a wonderful time in Nashville from start to finish. The house is awesome and Tina and her family were very helpful guiding us through being vrbo newbies. The only problem was there is so much to do in Nashville (Memphis and Lynchburg) that we weren't "home" enough to enjoy it. The best thing was getting up in the morning and gathering in the incredible kitchen for coffee then breakfast. That said, don't miss the sweet potato pancakes at Pancake Pantry. We went back twice. We loved the Grand Ole Opry tour and the Jack Daniels tour--well worth it. And, Graceland was worth getting up early for the straight drive and stop at Interstate Barbeque which isn't too far from Graceland and on the way home. One word of advice--don't be fooled by the outside of some of the places if you are in search of great food. We learned fast. This is a great house for family and friends to meet for a wonderful vacation. Lots of room for all. We are still talking about how great this trip was and hope to get back there for another stay at this house! The location is perfect.

  A great house for a large family gathering. A great place for our extended family to stay during the time of our son's wedding. In a very convenient area, we were able to entertain out-of-town guests who were staying at downtown hotels. We actually had the rehearsal party there when the Sounds game got rained out! ( Plan B) I actually think the downstairs den was a very close second to a baseball game, for the younger people, and cooler! It was so great to all gather together for breakfast every day with room to spare. The owner was great to work with, answered all my questions, and called to make sure we were comforatble. Very clean with any kitchen accessory you could possibly need. Just couldn't find the dollar!

  Our family (7 of us) were attending a family wedding in Nashville. This home is a wonderful place to gather with family and enjoy being together! We were able to entertain other out of state family, as well as, participate in some of the preparations for the wedding. The groom's cake was even baked there! The home had everything we needed and then some! We loved the location! Altho' most of our time was spent downtown, the 12 South Area looks like a wonderful place to explore...next time! We highly recommend this home, the owners are great to work with. You won't be disappointed in your choice of this home for your vacation!

  A group of six of us stayed in this home a couple of weeks ago and could not have asked for a better experience while in Nashville. The home was absolutely beautiful! It had plenty of room and a nice large, fenced in backyard. It was really nice to feel like you were at home versus staying in a small hotel room. The property owners were very, very helpful and always easy to get ahold if we had questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Nashville and we will definitely be staying again for future visits.

  My family and I stayed in this house while in town for a wedding and it was wonderful! I was a little nervous about the size for a large family (we were 6) but between the huge kitchen, downstairs den, and the yard out back we had more than enough room. And everyone immediately felt right at home. The bride even came over and enjoyed getting ready for the big day in the beautiful master suite! We loved being so close to both the Universities and downtown ... really just a few minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  I was so impressed that it was what the pictures actually showed, we’ve been burned by that before! But the house was great and we all felt so at home. The house had such a great “lived-in” feel to it that we were instantly at home (which was priceless with a 6 month old!). And the location-WOW! The 12 South neighborhood eateries were within easy walking distance and downtown was just minutes away! Also very convenient to Hillsboro Village & the Green Hills Mall . It really made our trip so much more special to be able to come back & recharge in such a comfortable atmosphere! No detail was forgotten in the appointing of this home! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.
