If you're looking for a mountain home that welcomes you the moment you lay eyes on it, surrounded by mountain pine and aspen trees yet conveniently located to any mountain activity you desire - this is the place for you! Easy access to I-70 and downtown Frisco. Enjoy shopping at the numerous boutiques on mainstreet, stop and relax at a local coffee house, enjoy great food at one of the many restaurants - all within walking distance. The home is located in a secluded, quiet, wooded setting yet centrally located to surrounding mountain towns (15 min to Breckenridge, 20 min to Keystone, 10 min to Cooper Mountain, 25 min to Vail/Beaver Creek) and easily accessed via bike trails, free bus shuttle or car. You feel at home as soon as you pull in the driveway. A warning, however - you may be tempted to stay right at home with a good book (as you relax in one of many comfy chairs) or for a long overdue soak in a hot tub while the remainder of your party ventures out to explore the vast natural Rocky Mountain beauty of Summit County.

Great place to stay. A few too many "rules" to abide by but the place is nice! Dog friendly and that is hard to come by!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We just completed our second season of renting this beautiful home - FANTASTIC! We suggested to our kids a move next season to a more western location, they said "NO WAY" - everyone loves being so close to Main Street Frisco, and within no more than 30 minutes to 5 GREAT ski areas. WE have already booked a Spring weekend, just to enjoy more of the town and the home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners.

I stayed in this wonderful home with my girlfriends during a Girls Getaway weekend/Bachelorette Party. As the bride, I had no idea what to expect and was given no details of our weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive at this property with it's many amenities, spacious rooms, outdoor hot tub, convenience to the highway and access to the downtown Frisco area. There is a nearby grocery store and tons of local restaurants to pick from. The property location is ideal for travelers who want to explore Colorado as Breckenridge and Vail are all within reasonable driving distances. The best part of the property is that it had an indoor washer and dryer! After many days of hiking and out door activities, it was nice to return home with clean clothes in my luggage. Ultimately, the property was ideal because was nice to be in a home with all of my girlfriends instead of being separated in our own hotel rooms. I would most certainly return to this property on my next trip to Colorado.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This house provided the absolute perfect setting for a Girls Weekend Getaway. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and so comfortable. Within minutes of arriving, our group ,who had traveled from all over the country, felt that we were "home." Becky, the owner, was fantastic. Not only does she make this process overly simple, she thinks of everything even before you know something is needed. She is more than accommodating and helps to make the arrival and departure process as seamless as possible! Furthermore, the house has everything you could want, from the big things, like ample space and numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, to the small things, like Ziploc bags,. Anything we could have wanted was already there. The house is in an ideal location, walking distance to downtown Frisco, access to running and biking trails, and only a minute or two away from I-70. It is nestled in a small community amongst the mountains and trees, and was simply wonderful. Our entire group was overjoyed with the "gem" that we found! If you are looking for a getaway to a home away from home, where all you need to do is arrive and enjoy, this house is definitely the perfect choice.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Here is why! I don't want everyone trying to book this house!!!! This was our third stay and it iwas as wonderful as the other two! Becky is amazing to work with and her house has everything you could want. I even used the stand mixer to bake a cake while we were there. We are already looking forward to spending the month of August in this house in 2013. We always refer to this as "the little blue house". Thanks Becky for opening up your family home to us.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This was our second summer spent at this very clean and comfortable home in Frisco. It has everything anyone could want or need to make our stay a comfortable one. Even our out of town guests were amazed how stocked it was. Since it was Olympics summer, the two large flat screen TV's were in use a lot. We were lucky enough to have our daughter and grandson visit from Florida this year. They loved the Breckenridge fun park since there were so many things to do for kids. Another favorite was the Georgetown train trip loop. My husband and grandson went fishing in the lake behind Walmart which also has some jungle gym equipment. Becky, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and, this year, we had the pleasure to meet her in person. Any issues were taken care of in a prompt manner. The deck was quite large and comfortable with chairs, outdoor dining table, grill and hot tub. It's very close to walking and biking trails. We also rented a boat on Lake Dillon. It was a great summer and we will definitely be returning again next year and will recommend the house to anyone looking for a great home to rent in, or near, Frisco.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The town is a great location for all Summit and Eagle County skiing, hiking, biking; a home that is the perfect oasis in the mountains, plenty of space for ALL the family, huge back deck and hot tub; easy walking access to Main Street, Frisco, and quick on/off to I-70. The owners are a real pleasure to work with - very very accommodating and genuinely nice people.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Loved it! We came up with 2 other families and another friend and it was perfect! Each level allowed the families to kind of have their own personal space, while it also allowed us to hang out in the evenings after winter sports. Great location - so close to Breck, Keystone, and Copper! Loved the outdoor hot tub!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
