Beautiful two story home located on the Charlie Creek Arm of Shasta Lake. Our home consists of 4 bedrooms and two full baths. Both baths are independent of the bedrooms so those sleeping are not disturbed. One of the bedrooms is also combination family room with a private patio. Three decks are available for gatherings. Two decks offer Weber gas grills.
The home is equipped with two independent air conditioning systems for you complete comfort. Two wood stove are available, one on the upper level and one on the lower. A formal dining room is just off the kitchen. The largest deck is just off the dining room. Large screen TV's and a computer are also available for your enjoyment.
Located on one acre with a brook at the rear of the property. Our path leads to the waters edge where fishing, swimming and boating can be enjoyed. The property backs up to US Forest Land.

We enjoyed the house a lot The decks are specious the home theater is great And the creeck and basketball outside were a lot of fun for our kidsRecommended for: Families with young children.

My brothers, nephews, son and I spent an extended weekend at this very comfortable home. Everything was there for us, so we had no trouble making ourselves at home. The ten of us never laked a place to sit, even when we were roasting marshmellows in the back yard next to the little creek. The lake is easy walking distance in a section we had all to ourselves. There are beautiful trails to hike right out the back door, and the deer often walk right up to the yard. The market is very close, and we had some great pizza at the restauraunt next to the market. Great vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful peaceful and relaxing home for 10 days. Had we known how wonderful a time we'd have had we would have booked it much longer. The pictures do not do it justice. As well as it being child friendly the home was spacious the views beautiful and all the wonderful wildlife could not have been expected. The sound of the creek outside our bedroom was so relaxing falling asleep to it was total bliss. Families of deer would drink from the creek and eat of the flowers right before our eyes. The 2 min walk to the lake was perfect and beautiful the water was so warm and the fishing great. The people who live in the area were so friendly and kiind. The home had everythhing we needed and everything was so well cared for. Everything was easily accessible from the market to Antlers Lodge. We had the best vacation and cannot wait to go back again next summer. The only bad part was having to leave such a beautiful piece of heaven. Thank you so much to the owners, Jim and Barbara, words really cannot express the sincere gratitude and pleasure of being able to stay at your truly beautiful, comfortable and peaceful home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the Jones' Shasta home in August 2010. The house was very comfortable and they provided everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to cook every night. They also supplied all the bedding and linens. The house has two great decks that we were able to enjoy both in the mornings before boating and in the evenings. The dining room also sat 8 comfortably. The living area was very comfortable and all the TVs worked great. We were also able to utilize their wireless internet access to work while we were around the house. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
No need to drive anywhere for lakeside activities. The property is adjacent to the Charlie Arm of Shasta Lake. A short walk will lead you the the shoreline where great fishing and swimming can be enjoyed. You can also keep your boats and jet skies at the shoreline below the home depending upon the lake level. Boat ramps are just minutes away. Much of the property is under a canopy of very large trees which provides shade for your out door enjoyment. Evening gatherings under the shade near the brook make for great pleasure.
