  Thank so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. We enjoyed are stay at Bayside. Very nice complex and the house was in walking distance to the pool. The kids loved being on one side of the house and the adults on the other side. The kitchen was fully equiped, which was very nice. Thanks again.

  We shared the home with two other families and we all enjoyed it greatly. Bayside is an excellent family friendly community that is very close to the beach. The clubhouse restaurant was a hit with both the parents and the children and their nightly smores are a great treat. The house is spacious and well-equiped which makes it easy to have multiple families under one roof. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  Love this home! I rented the home several times last year. “Girls only” birthday get-a-way, romantic get-a-way with my spouse, and a mother-daughter get-a-way. Perfect home for a little R&R. Immaculate kept home, spacious rooms, tasteful décor, and comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen for those of us who love to cook/grill. Nice theatre room off of the master suite. This home is situated on a quiet street but just a few minutes’ drive to the beach, dinning, and shopping area. Felt secure on the off season with “just us girls” since Bayside is police patrolled. Plenty to do if you want to stay indoors; the home is equipped with internet, puzzles, books, movies, games, or just lounging in front of the fireplace. Plenty for the family to do if you don’t feel like hitting the beach; Grocery Store just outside the gates of the resort, hiking/walking trails, biking, kayaking, kids events, and a kids play area with carousel. I found my stays comfortable and relaxing, hassle free in this clean & crisp home. I am scoping out my dates for this year. Looking forward to the drive/walk to the pier that overlooks O.C., not far from the home.

  We recently spent a week in this home at Bayside. From the moment we first opened the door to the home, we were very impressed. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. We had two families each with two children and there was more than ample space for all of us. The owner provided everything that we could want or need. The community of Bayside is very attractive. We used both pools and both my husband and myself enjoyed jogging on the property. It is huge. If your are looking for a yard, this home has a very small one. There were nearby common areas where our children played ball. We also loved the Harris Teeter grocery store with Starbucks only a mile from the house. The store has everything. The property is a small drive to the beach and in Deleware there is a small fee to use the beach. For the price, we could not have had a home this nice and spacious on the beach. We will definetely return to this property in the future.

  What a wonderful home to stay in. This house had everything you need while on vacation. Lots of room and nice quiet atmosphere yet close to everything. Kids loved the pool area and many family activities that were offered. House was very clean and very well kept. Owner left tons of info for eating out to family adventures while staying in Fenwick, Ocean City, Rehobeth and the Bethany area. My family has stayed at this home a few times and we keep coming back.

  This house is a wonderful place to get away! We loved being able to sit back and relax during the evenings after cooking a meal in the wonderful spacious kitchen. During the day we were able to head to the beach and enjoy some sand and sun. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to go for a walk at night. We really enjoyed the amount of space in the house and being able to relax upstairs in the loft while watching the big screen TV. This is a wonderful house to get away for the weekend or even making it a week long adventure. The golf course is awesome!! We will definitely be coming back again soon!
