  We spent the week at this condo with our son and 5 year-old granddaughter. It is the perfect spot for all ages. Susan and Ken go to great lengths to make sure their guests are enjoying themselves. Susan even sent an email to tell us about the local farmers market and it was a highlight of our stay. The fresh fish was amazing. We found the condo to be clean and extremely well appointed. From beach toys and chairs, pool toys and a well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. The location is beautiful. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's craft activities and the ice cream sundaes and rootbeer floats were a hit too. We enjoyed our stay so much we are hoping to return next year.

  This was the most relaxing vacation our family has ever experienced! The description of the unit is accurate. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. There were beach towels, beach chairs, nets for shelling and beach toys. There were also a few items for the pool. For rainy or days when you just wanted to stay in, there were games and puzzles to play. Our kids (ages 12, 8 and 5) spent time at the beach and pool every day of our stay. We seen dolphins three mornings within feet from the shore. We also seen a stingray and jelly fish. There are tons of shells to choose from and plenty of room on the beach at this time of the year to build sandcastles. During our stay we ate out one meal each day. We enjoyed Cheeburger Cheeburger, The Island Cow and Metzula's with the kids. We also enjoyed The Timbers. We visited Bailey Matthew's Shell Museum, Tarpon Bay Explorers (touch tank and boat cruise where we seen manatee), and Adventures in Paradise boat tour (where we seen many dolphin playing at sunset). We visited other beach areas on Sanibel and also went to the Crab Races on Captiva - a blast for the kids. We also enjoyed desserts at Pinocchio's and The Bubble Room. Ken and Susan were very easy to work with and very helpful. All emails were answered promptly and Susan even checked in after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for both kids and adults and the beach at the condo was beautiful. If you're planning to visit Sanibel with a family of 5, condo C-22 is a wonderful choice.

  We just enjoyed our most relaxing vacation ever!! The condo is perfect--the kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you need. There was even a small cooler we used to bring cold drinks down to the beach with us. The beach was beautiful. Our kids spent hours finding exquisite shells that we brought home as reminders of our fun. We saw dolphins just 100 feet away from where we were swimming. We found and held a nine-legged star fish. Our kids made several friends and played endless hours in the pool and building sand castles. We ate out only a few times. Cheeburger Cheeburger was delicious and The Lazy Flamingo in Sanvita was so good we went there twice! The kids loved going to the CROW and visiting the lighthouse. We recommend that you shop at Bailey's it has been on the island since 1899. Pinocchio's has AWESOME ice cream try the Dirty Sand Dollar and the Wedding Bells. We cannot say enough about Ken and Susan. Every correspondence was answered within minutes. The details they have added to the condo make it very homey. We would absolutely return to C-22.

  We were a bit leary about renting a condo online from VRBO since we had never used the site before and we were renting directly from the owners instead of through a management company. However, we had a great experience renting Pointe Santo de Sanibel C-22 and the owners couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. The description of the condo was extremely accurate although there's no way anyone could truly describe the amazing view of the gulf from the lanai! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything a vacationing family could ask for including toys, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. The beach was nice, the water was warm, and the shelling was plenitful. Susan contacted us by phone after our arrival to make sure everything was good and that we had gotten in without a problem. Her list of tips about shopping, island activities, and dining spots was extremely helpful. We had good food everywhere we went on the island and went back for seconds to the Sanibel Cafe and Island Cow restaurants. Hopefully someday we'll be able to return to Sanibel Island for another family vacation and definitely plan to stay in C-22. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

  Sanibel is a nice, quiet island, with many trees, walking and bicycle path, reasonable eating places and little motor traffic.The condo building is quiet, clean, well run. The appartment itself is lovely, tastefully furnished, equipped with modern and new looking appliances, dishes, utensils, cutlery etc. There are lots of towels and even toys for chilffren ( which was handy when our grandchildren visited). The swimming pool is nice, and the beach magnificient. We certainly plan to return and recommend the place to friends.

  Our family holiday at Ken and Susan's condo was everything it promised and more! The condo was great, even better than the pictures, everything you could possibly need and more. The complex was great, very well maintained with great facilities and staff. The island of Sanibel, was beautiful, fantastic wildlife. We loved The Timbers restaurant and used our bicycles from Billies all week. I would recommend this to everyone.

  Sanible is like a slice of heaven! Truly, one of the best, most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The condo is clean, comfortable and has every amenity you can imagine. The owners are fantastic and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The accomodations are top notch. Also, the location can't be beat. View from the lanai looks like someone painted the water in the sky, beautiful! The sunset will take your breath away. Even our 3 year old wanted to stay forever. We can't wait to come back!!!

  My Mom and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this condo in November, a beautiful time of year in Sanibel. This condo was extremely well maintained, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located near the beach, pool, and grills. The beds were comfortable and the linens fresh and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals. The beach and pool were very close and convenient. The lanai was the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee with a gorgeous view of the water. The owners were warm and welcoming. I plan to return to this condo whenever I can!

  Hello Susan & Ken~ I just wanted to let you know that we absolutely, positively enjoyed our stay at your place! The condominium was comfortable and well furnished. I had the pleasure of trying out every bed in it (pull out couch included), thanks to my kids. All of them were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the array of plates and glasses. It was so nice having beach towels. The washer and dryer are fantastic, I came home with all clean clothes! The kids clubhouse was nice, my kids are not big on leaving me, but they loved the root beer floats and sundaes and they partook in a nicely run Easter egg hunt on Friday! We met a really nice family there. My son had a blast with their youngest son. There was not a shortage of kids for my kids to play with and that was nice as well. The shelling was great, we came home with many treasures. Every night we would go down to the pool and my husband (who was home in Connecticut) would pull up the live cam on the computer and watch the kids jumping into the water and playing- super fun! We ate at Overeasy's three times (2 breakfasts and 1 lunch)- loved that place and we loved the store right next door Dream Catchers. The shop owner knew us very well by the end of our trip. We had a fantastic dinner at Traders, awesome food, presentation and atmosphere. We drove to Captiva and had take out dessert from the Bubble Room and watched the sun set. We visited Ding Darling and drove through. I was thankful to have found your place online and I hope that we will be able to stay there again in the future (like maybe next April vacation)!   We so enjoyed our week on Sanibel in this lovely condo! It is bright, spacious and well maintained. We cooked quite a few nights and the kitchen is very well equipped. The owners were wonderful and phoned us when we arrived to make sure that everything was to our liking which was reassuring. The property is meticulously maintained and the grills were in good working order. We appreciated the double bed and the single in the extra bedroom as our son had 2 friends with us for a night. The view from this condo in the back of the U that forms Pointe Santo was so beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. We love the family atmosphere of Sanibel and Pointe Santo certainly seemed to fall into that category in terms of renters. While on Sanibel, we rented kayaks at Tarpon Bay, walked the beach, played volleyball and tennis and rented bikes. We also drove to Ft. Myers Beach for parasailing and a fishing excursion - a great place to do some activities but we love the relative calm of Sanibel and the beauty of the beach in comparison. Doc Fords is great for dinner and the Over Easy Cafe for breakfast. We would recommend this condo for a great vacation!
