- Kid Friendly: Inside of RETREAT has childproof outlet covers, and door knob covers are available in laundry closet. Baby gate inside utility closet to close off room(s) as needed. Screen porch has permanent baby gate at top of stairs to use as needed. Children just need to be supervised closely outside - as the property is on the water with a rock wall and dock in front of the stilt house.
