This VERY spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath in Regatta Bay has it all! Located on mile marker 12 only a mile from The Lodge of Four Seasons at Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Enjoy the beautiful lakefront view from this penthouse balcony, or enjoy it through the oversized window in the master bedroom.
If your looking for some fun on the water, whether it be renting a boat, or bringing your own, this condo provides a 30' boat slip located at the dock just below the condo at no additional charge! (there is no lift, must have tie downs for boat if you leave it over night)

We picked the hottest week of the year i.e. every day the temp was over 100F, 3 days over 105F. BUT, what better way to spend it than with a main channel view. We grilled, we drove go carts, we rented a boat, we rented a jet ski, we enjoyed live music several times by boat and by car, we rode in a helicopter, we swam in the pool, we met permanent tenants that invited us on their boat. This complex is incredible, there must be a switch at the gate that puts everyone in fun mode as you enter!! 2 conclusions: #1 the next time we go it will be regatta bay, #2 9 days may have been too long, returning to the real world was very challenging!!! Regatta Bay on horseshoe bend MM12 is the heart of the action, Bars, Restaurants, Grocery Store Bank, Shopping, You have arrived!! One flight of stairs up from parking lot. 2 Flights down to dock. Upper pool is nearby, Dockside pool was a short walk( a few hundred yards)(our favorite). The deck was my place to watch the boats and all my worries float away. It was also the perfect location to view the Four Seasons fireworks display. And to watch the 1000's of boats come and go for the fireworks. This condo is equipped like your home, everything you WANT is there. It is very neat and tidy, well decorated (although it's a little too "pink" for boys--just kidding Shelley) Beds are GREAT ....I could keep going, but know this---THIS IS THE ONE TO BOOK!!! Great midwestern owners, easy to work with. I am ecstatic!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in your lovely unit. The view is fantastic and great for the fireworks display! The beds were comfortable, the family room was homey, and the kitchen had everything you would need. We would certainly consider staying again at your lovely place on our next visit to Lake of the Ozarks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
