  We had a great time with our family down at the beach and the staff at Gulf Crest was very helpful. This particular unit had nice decorations and flat screens in the main area and master bedroom. The views are awesome and the deck is huge. This unit also had bunk beds that the kids enjoyed very much. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants and entertain the kids close by.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We had a great time at Gulf crest ! The unit was very clean and we loved it .This was our first time to stay here. We have stayed at Sunrise Beach Resort and Grandview . We like Gulf Crest alot better. Elevators were only hard to get on Saturday due to check in and check out.The rest of week was not a problem and they worked fine.Best vacation ever, truly enjoyed it.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  I think we have found our paradise! At least it felt that way during our stay at Gulfcrest. What a nice property! The rental agency did a good job at finding the condo that would feel like cozy and and have everything a family of 5 needs.Two bedrooms with lots of space, tidy kitchen, and those bunk beds our little one loved. It feels great to wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee enjoying the serenity of the ocean. Would love to stay here all the time!

  Gorgeous view, easy access, lots of space and all the amenities. I'll be coming back here as often as I can.Family enjoyed it,kids had blast. Pleasantly decorated and thanks to management company who keeps it clean.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

  On the recommendation of relatives, we decided to spend President's Day weekend in Panama City Beach and stayed at this wonderful condo. We have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they enjoyed the heated pool as well as the spacious condo. Some of the funiture is older and the carpets have some stains (and another small one as the two year old spilled some kool aid but we got most of it up) but they were clean. What I found to be the best was that we didn't have to wash the kids feets at night before bed, this is the only condo that we've stayed in where walking on the tile floor didn't make their feets black (which even happens at home). They had lot of room to play on the huge balcony. It was just a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Granted my relatives had to leave early and we didn't have to pay for the stay as they already had but they did say it was very reasonable. While the furniture was what you'd expect in a rental unit, it was one of the best that we've stayed in and will be coming back. The kids enjoyed the shuffle board and the staff who were extremely friendly. My wife enjoyed the exercise room which I was surprised you didn't have to pay extra for. You just might want to keep your young ones from finding the game room though as it can add to your cost as they'll love it. We just had a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend in a nice condo.

  We were a little leary about renting this condo after reading the previous review but had worked with the manager of the unit on many previous occasions and knew he wouldn't recommend something that would not be a wonderful experience for us. As always, it was an awesome stay. The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The size of the unit had the feel of a full size home as opposed to a condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and included pots and pans large enough to cook for a large family (which you usually do not find). You can see the ocean while lounging, while cooking, it's just awesome and the extended balcony allows for everyone to enjoy dinner outside. The high end living room furniture is showing the normal wear and tear one would expect but remains comfortable. Dining Room furniture appears to be new and the beds are comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and management was extremely responsive. The water filter on the fridge went out and it was replaced within 24 hours. My wife noted that we've stayed at several places over the past few winters but that she enjoyed this one the most and we are planning to stay here next year as well. It is well maintained, clean and has everything a person would need to enjoy life on the beach.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The size and layout was great. That was the only thing. The unit was nasty. I had to buy a mop and bleach to clean the floors. The sweeper had NOT been run before I arrived. The towels smelled of saturated smoke and I had to bleach them all before we could use them. The shower didn't drain and they did fix that. They said they would replace the discusting carpet the next day, but I NEVER heard from them again. The furniture was extremely worn and fuzzy. The bed sheets weren't even turned the right way. They were placed sideways. They said they had had complaints about housekeeping, but my question is why aren't they inspecting BEFORE my vacation starts???? I should have charged them a cleaning fee!
