#206 unit is a 3 bedroom condo with king, queen, and twin beds respectively. There is also a den/entertainment center with a sofa bed. It has 3 TV's and a DVD. 50 ft. in front of you is Lake Pend O'reille as well as a panoramic view of the surrounding Selkirk Mountains. The unit was beautifully refurnished in 2010 and has a full kitchen, utensils, and bedding.
We also have a one bedroom condo, also waterfront, if a smaller unit is desired, vrbo 340414.
On the grounds are 2 large swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, BBQ grills, basketball court and volleyball spaced around a large lawn. The entire condo complex had new siding, windows, and landscaping in 2010. Three blocks from the condos and you are in the middle of downtown Sandpoint. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.

Sandpoint, Idaho is a town of 7,000 people and is an endpoint destination for year-round fun. Just returned from 4 nights in Sandpoint, and this property was ideal for a relaxing vacation! It's location is great! You can walk to town, you are lake front with beautiful views, you can enjoy the many trains going by from your deck (but you are not close enough to be disturbed by them), or relax and swim in the wonderful pool that is just a few steps from the condo. The pool and grounds are well kept and quiet. The condo is very nicely furnished and laid out well. It has a lot of room, so you can have your privacy, even if with family or friends. The owner was easy to work with and very nice and accommodating. We loved the area, and hope to return to Sandpoint again, and will for sure stay at this condo. Thank you for a great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Our family has been vacationing in Sandpoint since 1978 and we have been in love with it ever since. My wife and I have taken excellent care of the condo and take pride in it's maintenance. Since we have built a home downstream from Sandpoint (in Dover and also on the lake) we are happy to share our vacation spot. We take a very personal role with our prospective guests.
