The three comfortable 2 1/2-room-apartments in BellaVista house with a size of 60-80 square metres are suitable for 2 - 6 persons. Each apartment has a patio (Silver Thistle) or balcony on the entire front area and has a breathtaking panoramic view over the Lake Lucerne and the mountains. There is a direct access and no through traffic, ample parking space directly in front of the house. There is a park 100 m above with modern fitness equipments. In 20 minutes’ drive by car you can Lucerne and in 40 minutes Engelberg. A public bus service runs every hour until midnight. Emmetten is a ski and hiking paradise: endless hiking trails in the surrounding mountains starting out from the doorstep, which are also accessible by 3 ski lifts. The gondola lift runs directly in to the ski resort Klewenalp-Stockhütte. Wellness (gym / indoor pool / steam bath) is available for our guests in Hotel Seeblick right next to BellaVista all inclusive in the price!
Attractions: With a central location in the heart of Switzerland, most of the tourist destinations and attractions can be reached in a short time: 40 min to Engelberg, the central Swiss glacier ski area, 20 minutes to Lucerne, the city of lights with boarding tourism and numerous attractions, 60 mins Locarno / Ticino, the sunshine capital of Switzerland, 45 min Gotthard / 3-passes-ride, 60 min Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg / Interlaken / Jungfrau region.
Active holiday mountain biking - hiking - paragliding: Emmetten has a bike arena with bike trail, natural bike park and many sign-posted bike routes and guided bike tours. Professional mountain bike rental in the bike centre at the gondola lift Stockhütte.
Niederbauen cable car, about 500 metres away from BellaVista, leads directly into the Emmetten paragliding paradise. The local flight school conducts paragliding courses and makes tandem flights. Soar high above Lake Lucerne once! An unforgettable experience!
For natives it has an almost unlimited hiking trail network with good sign-posts and for all ages and standards. For a special kick you can rent a bike board at Stockhütte and speed down to Emmetten!

The apartment Edelweiss is the largest in BellaVista with 80m2 and has a 40m2 large living room with spacious dining area, balcony across the entire front house with fantastic panoramic views over Lake Lucerne with Pilatus, Bürgenstock and Rigi up to Mythen. In the very spacious bedrooms there are 4 beds and a comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room, allowing sufficient space for 6 persons. The separate, well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with separate freezer, stove with 4 burners and oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub with shower, toilet and sink and a small washing machine.

Die Angaben zur Ferienwohnung stimmen weitestgehend. Die Fewo war etwas lieblos eingerichtet und teilw. renouvierungsbedürftig. Das SZ hat lediglich ein Doppelbett und 2 Zustellbetten. Die Kücheneinrichtung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Waschmaschine war defekt. Für alles entschädigte ein traumhafter Blick über den See. Im Hotel Seeblick konnten Schwimmbad und Fitness problemlos genutzt werden. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Der Einkaufsmarkt in Emmetten ( ca. 15 Gehminuten ) bietet alles notwendige. Vom Ort sind schöne Rundtouren per Postbus, Schiff, Bergbahn.. möglich. Über die nahe Autobahn ist Luzern schnell erreichbar. ( Die Autobahn war von der Fewo jederzeit akustisch wahrnehmbar.)Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Diese Gäste reklamierten: 1. Das zwölfteilige Geschirr hatte da und dort ein Eckchen ab. Wir brachten gleich am ersten Tag ein komplett neues Porzellan-Service mit 12 Gedecken. 2. Es hatte nicht 6 gleiche Rotwein-Gläser - die Wohnung ist ja konzipiert für 6 Personen. Wir brachten am gleichen Tag eine komplette neue Gläserserie mit 6 Rotwein, 6 Weisswein und 6 Bier-/Trinkgläsern. Ansonsten ist unsere Küchenausstattung weit überdurchschnittlich im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen. 3. Das Geländer auf dem Balkon fing da und dort bereits an, abzublättern - dies ist inzwischen neu gestrichen. 4. Die Waschmaschine war defekt - dies wurde uns von den Vormietern nicht gemeldet. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. 5. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Naturholzbett mit dem Schweizer Gesundheitssystem Hüsler Nest 180 x 200 cm ausgestattet sowie zwei einzelnen Zusatzbetten, genau wie im Inserat ausgeschrieben. Wir versuchen, auch höchsten Ansprüchen zu genügen und versichern unseren Gästen, dass wir alles tun, was in unserer Macht steht, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm und erfreulich wie nur irgend möglich zu gestalten. Die Autobahn ist vom Balkon aus sichtbar (Entfernung ca. 5 km) und demzufolge auch leicht hörbar, jedoch in der Wohnung nicht wahrnehmbar. Nach unserem Entgegenkommen, das seinesgleichen sucht, für derart spezielle Gäste, sind wir über eine solche Bewertung enttäuscht.
