Our home is air-conditioned, on the upper level, and is ideal spot for a "family" or "friends" vacation. Our unit is a semi-attached townhouse that offers either an "Action Packed" or "Tranquil & Relaxed" Style of Holiday.
Our home at Pinoteau Village is a 1 minute drive to the base of the mountain. (10 minute walk) In the summer. During the ski-season, there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes, to the base of the ski lifts. Our guests have full access to a Private Beach with use of all non-motor boats, lifeguarded swimming area, lounge chairs, 4 har-tru tennis courts, and outdoor swimming pool ** AT NO EXTRA CHARGE** Every morning you wake up with a full view of the south side of the mountain that is spectacular. There is parking for up to 4 cars, which is so rare in this area. From the kitchen window we look onto the resort gardens, which is a great place to have your morning coffee.
We also have another Townhouse, at Le Maitre, Club Link Golf Course. It is only available for monthly or seasonal clients, unless you are a Club Link Member. Clients, who rent monthly, will have a veranda membership transfer, which allows them guest fees, when playing golf and full use of the swimming pool and hot tub. Also available is a beautiful river-side beach site and tennis courts, free of charge. During the winter months, the Le Maitre house is available for seasonal rental.
We feel both locations are ideal because of their tranquility yet their proximity to "the action". If you would like to see more photos, please email us and we will be happy to send them.
During the winter season, both homes have full shuttle service, every 30 minutes, to-and-from the Intrawest Village, at the base of the south side of the mountain.
Both homes have 4 bedrooms and second "family room/living room". All beds have new duvet bed covers. All linens and house towels are provided. Clients should bring their own beach and pool towels. The Pinoteau home has 3 full bathrooms, with one having a seperate jacuzzi tub and shower.
The Le Maitre home has 2 full bathrooms, with one having a jacuzzi tub and seperate shower, while the other has the shower and tub together.
Each home has a living room with fireplace, T.V. (VCR & DVD & Cable)and stereo. There is also a family room with a sofa-bed and a second T.V. (DVD & Cable). It is ideal for either 1 family, 2 families, or 4 couples. We have just replaced our "regular" 30" TV, in the living room, with a 50" LCD Full HD TV, at Pinoteau.
Our homes are furnished comfortably and tastefully with many beautiful antiques and replicas. We have a fully equiped kitchen and a dining table that fit 8-10 people.

Year Purchased: 1997
Our names are Rick & Debbie Pellerin and we love skiing, boating, golf, tennis & biking.
Debbie's family has lived on lac Tremblant for 40 years, so she grew up skiing the mountain since the age of 8 years old.
We owned our first condo at" Club Tremblant" but as our family grew we felt we wanted a larger home, with more bedrooms and bathrooms. Pinoteau Village was the obvious choice for anyone who really knows the area, so we purchased our home about 14 years ago. Although there are some other Condo & Home developments, that have come along.. we still feel we have the best location for vacation or for our eventual retirement.
Our children are now 29 & 26 years old and when they are asked where they most like to go.. they quickly answer "Tremblant".
Fortunately we have had great clients, who have taken care of our home as if it were their own. Our cleaning staff is excellent and we could not provide the same product with out them.
Debbie's father, and sister, still call Tremblant their "vacation home" and other brother's and sister rent in the facility for a family reunion every summer.
Why the Owner Chose Mont Tremblant
Our house was irresistible because of it's fabulous view of the mountain, exposure to the sun, proximity to the bike paths, Intrawest Village, golf courses and lake. There is really only this one location, that has a private beach and is walking distance to the hill, restaurants & shopping.
When we are on vacation we don't like reaching into our pockets every time we want to spend time at the beach, rent a boat or play tennis.
These are all included at Pinoteau Village, at no extra charge.
