Beautifully decorated, wood floor home. You will enjoy large kitchen, dining area, living room, screened balconies from both the living room and master suite. The view of the gulf is spectacular. Lovely sunrises and sunsets await your relaxed vacation. Home sleeps 4 comfortably and has room to park your boat and car underneath.
Come to Cedar Key and enjoy the relaxed pace of this island community. It is a bit off the beaten path, a nature lover's, fisherman's and artist's dream. Bring your boat to fish in the gulf, island hop or sunbathe on the beach. Nearby outer islands with historic ruins and lighthouse to explore as well as Manatee Springs, Homasassa Springs, and the Lower Swannee Wildlife Refuge nearby. Shop in the unique stores or dine in one of the many fine restaurants nearby. Cedar Key is a mecca for seafood lovers. Enjoy all types of fresh fish, clams, oysters. But most of all come to enjoy the natural beauty of this tranquil 'Old Florida' fishing village.
We have three festivals a year; The Cedar Key Art Festival in April, The Clam Festival in July and The Seafood Festival in October. You can also rent kayaks, boats, bikes, motor scooters and golf carts, to get around. Don't forget to bring your camera.

Lovely home away from home. Clean, nicely decorated home. Cozy and comfortable. Wonderful location, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone headed to Cedar Key.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo is wonderful; great location, great furniture, outside screened decks, kitchen & utensils. Agent accommodated our slightly delayed arrival and was very cordial. We expect to return again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My best friend and I came to Cedar Key just for a 2-day get-away from the usual grind. Dolphin Den was a restful haven! It was so much more than we expected - super clean - everything looked brand new! I loved waking up in the morning, pulling up the shades in the master bedroom and taking in the great view of the water!! We wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return to Cedar Key and hopefully to Dolphin Den in the future - a wonderful place and a wonderful memory! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We discovered Cedar Key 25 years ago while we were in graduate school at the University of Florida in Gainesville and fell in love with it. We've always wanted to come back and in the interim we convinced my brother that Cedar Key was the best place in Florida. It is the perfect get away from the stress of your regular routine, quiet, the Gulf near by, great restaurants, birds and other wild life and boating and fishing too!
