Imagine a two-level, three bedroom Villa with its own very private infinity swimming pool and an 8 person outdoor hot tub set into a hillside overlooking the ocean. A fireplace, fountains, your own personal computer with high-speed internet, 5 large flat-screen TVs, indoor Jacuzzi, DVD, fax, stereo, multiple telephones throughout the villa, every luxury you can imagine. And it can be yours.
The Villa is set into a fabulous gated community, secure, but yet only a ten minute car or cab ride to downtown Cabo san Lucas. It has 2,800 sq.ft. of interior space with three bedrooms; two master suites with king-size beds and one large suite with two queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom, walk-in closets and a large dressing room. There is also a sofa-bed to bring the sleeping capacity to 10. It sleeps 10 with no crowding! The kitchen is fully appointed with every appliance and finished in marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork. There is a formal dining room inside as well as a large dining area on the deck under a shaded structure. Also on the 1,700 sq.ft. of deck, in addition to the swimming pool and the hot tub, is a gas grill BBQ. There is daily maid service; no cleaning or bed making for you. Of course there is a washer and dryer on the premises along with an iron and ironing board.
There is full access to the adjoining Sunset BeachResort as well as the internationally acclaimed Pacifica Hotel, including all pools, restaurants and spas. There is free shuttle service to all points of this multi-acre resort as well as to all the Pueblo Bonito resorts in the Cabo area. All the facilities at all these resorts are available for your use and will accept all charges against your villa. You can even have a chef from the adjoining hotel come to your kitchen and prepare and serve a dinner for you and your guests right in your own dining room. Imagine the conversations back home for years to come.
The Villa is ten minutes away from some of the finest sport fishing in the world. The Cabo san Lucas Marina has hundreds of choices and accommodations to fit your every whim. Imagine going out deep-sea fishing in the early morning, coming home with a fresh marlin and having the chef cook it in your kitchen or BBQ and serve it on your own deck. Then going for a swim in the moonlight in your own very, very private pool. No other structure in your line of sight, complete privacy. Dreams are made of this.

We stayed at the villa in May of 2009. It was absolutely gorgeous, even more beautiful than the pictures. It was the ultimate experience. You don't have to leave the villa if you don't want to. It has everything you need, full kitchen, three large bedrooms with their own bathrooms, complete room service, your own pool and hot tub, complete laundry room and so much more, Of course, we did go into town, went horseback riding and took a sunset cruise. It was the perfect vacation. We would highly recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We live on the northeast coast, a long way away from Cabo San Lucas. But when we came here as the result of a destination wedding we fell in love with it. And when we came to the Monte Cristo Estates it was love at first sight. It's the ultimate vacation experience. I'm a CPA and spending time in an office during a cold, dark New Jersey winter can best be forgotten in the sunshine on the Mexican Pacific beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Cabo san Lucas has some of the best sport fishing in the world. It's only ten minutes away from the Villa. Rita's, right next door at the Pueble Bonito Sunset Beach Resort, has become one of my all time favorite restaurants. It's right up there with anything Manhattan has to offer. The skytop pool at the resort is the best place to get a tan and a panoramic view at the same time. It's a must see. In town, Cabo Wabo was a little too noisy for me, but it was worth the visit even though I kept it short.
