  My fiance and I stayed at this condo for ten days in May 2012 and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Gloria and Howard were incredibly accommodating and kind; the condo itself was exactly what we expected from the pictures and was perfect for us. We enjoyed being able to make our own meals. The pool/hottub were fantastic and the convenience of the parking spot being right outside of the unit made for easy transport of luggage. Kihei served as a great home-base for exploring the rest of Maui. There are lots of great restaurants in Kihei. My only slight complaint would be that the beach itself near the condo wasn't great for swimming - murky, shallow, rocky. However, there are excellent beaches just down the road. The condo itself was quiet, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended the condo and hosts to many people!

  It was our first trip to Maui and we were not disappointed. The condo is the perfect place to stay. It is all renovated, very clean and they provide everything from the hair dryer to the beach towels, the boogie boards and the snorkeling gears, a must have in Maui :) It does look like the pictures, !! The location is great, few minutes drives only from the center of Kihei, supermarkets.. The property is very clean, well maintained, quiet, a good place to rest and relax. We recommend this place with no hesitation and would like to thank Gloria ( the owner ), for being so welcoming and making the renting process so easy. We hope we will be back soon!   What an excellent rental accommodation. We were here with 8 family members and this condo was defintely our go to destination. The description and pictures are very accurate and the renovation is unique, very different from the rest of the rentals. The way the unit is laid out, dinner for 8 most evenings was easy. The condo had eveything we needed to make this vacation memorable amd we did not want for anything. All the ammenities were there. Howard and Gloria are great ambassadors for Kihei. An outstanding fun in the sun vacation for all. Mahalo

  My daughter and I came to Maui to relax and unwind from demanding schedules for 11 nights. This condo could not have been more perfect for us. We felt very safe and enjoyed all the gracious amenities! The condo is close to highways so we enjoyed driving all over the island easily. We were steps away from the water and had a partial view of the ocean. The owners and the staff on site were wonderful and we both recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Kihei and Maui. We really liked that we can walk out the back door and take a easy short stroll to the beach. The beach and the surf was quiet and very enjoyable. We did not have to go anywhere to enjoy such a nice spot of our own! The sunsets were spectacular!

  We thought your condo was spacious and well appointed, kitchen was well equipped and was glad for the central A/C which is nice in the summer heat ! Our daughter was excited to see the sand toys and boggy boards ! She liked the beach in front of your unit for collecting seashells & other treasures the tides brought in ! Location was just perfect also - near to beautiful south Maui beaches, great eateries & markets. Thanks again for everything! We had a truly wonderful time. Best Regards, Arriola family

  I arrived on April 2, 2012 and departed on April 28, 2012. It was a pleasant surprise to arrive and find parking directly in front of the condo. Upon entering the property I found the listing description was accurate and represented everything advertised. The property was nicely decorated and immediately comfortable. The condo amenities were lovely. The BBQ and pool area were used almost daily by us and we met several nice people in the pool and spa area. The owners paid close attention to detail and everything in the condo was nice including bedding, dishes, local tourist informaiton, books, movies, and general decorations. I highly recommend this property and will look forward to staying here again. The ocean/beach is just a walk through a greenbelt area and is very nice for awesome sunsets. The condo is away from the very busy hustle and bustle of the tourist area but easily reached by car where there are several great restaurants, shops and beaches. Lovely vacation with no disappointments in the living arrangements. Thank you Howie and Gloria. Sue

  Hello I am from Germany, I had a very nice stay at your accommodation, it was a very pleasant and well-attended stay. The owners gave me a lot of advices for keeping track my sporting activities on the island. The service was really excellent and the condo was always very clean.   My wife Maria and I have stayed the last 2 times in the Grand Wailea as i am an employee of the Hilton chain. This year it was blocked Oct.10th - 17th for our team member rate. My friend mentioned Homeaway as an option. We are both glad he did. We always rent a car so we weren't limited in where we wanted to stay.We have spent sometime in kehei trying the beaches and restaurants so we started looking there. We spent days deciding and both thought for not only price but how clean and neat this place looked we would call. My wife was immediately taken by your conversation and proceeded to book it. Nervous until we opened the door then we went "Wow" this is going to be great. It sure was. Very clean, lots of dishes, pots pans etc. for cooking. Bed was comfy and centrally located as we like going to Big beach, Wailea, Kannapuli and even to Lahaina for dinner. Hope i spelt them all correctly. We loved the free international calls as im Canadian and Maria is from sweden so that was nice. The one night we stayed in i loved all the US t.v. channels as well. Loved BBQing a few nights in the courtyard{ brandnew BBq's} and your kitchen was great!! Hope to use your unit again soon! Thanks

  This is a wonderful condo, in an excellent location, and the service from Howard and Gloria was outstanding. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an economical, clean and very attractive condo in Maui. Steps away from a beautiful beach too! So pleased with this property and our wonderful getaway to Maui. Thanks again for everything Howard and Gloria!

  This is a beautiful Condo right on the ocean. It had everything, was extremely clean & comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and laid back. I will definately come back and stay here again!! I recommend it to everyone.
