Winter/Fall/Spring OCT-MAY: $249 per weekend nt, $199 per weeknt, $1400 per week Early/Late Summer (JUN&SEPT): $299 per weekend nt, $249 per weeknt, $1750 per week Summer: (Third week of June until Labor Day): $3500 per week Summer includes 8 people, all other times include 6, extra guests $25/person/nt Summer Rentals are normally Friday to Friday. Cleaning fee $100. 31 day TERM. Memorial Day, Labor Day and NYE are Summer rates. 4th of July week is $4000 Harley Davidson Week in Sept 2013 is $5000

Spent a girls weekend here and absolutely LOVED it! The place was very clean and had all of the modern amenities that made for a perfect getaway! There was more than enough room for seven of us; we spent a night in and cooked a great meal in the beautiful and spacious kitchen that overlooked the lake. This property was truly beautiful. We came in a group of nine people, and everyone loved this house. We only regret that we havn't stayed a little longer. The Cedar Lake House is very big, clean with beautiful views of the lake. It was everything we expected. We were there in the middle of May, and even though the weather wasn't nice, because it rained every day, we still enjoyed the stay. Thanks Jason.

We enjoyed our time at the Little Cedar Lake house. The house was very nice with plenty of room for all of my family. We had six adults and 6 kids and we all fit comfortably. We loved the location. We did lots of walking around the neighborhood and loved it. My dad has repeated several times how he absolutely loved the house and its surroundings. Knowing what we know now, next time we will definitely stay longer. Thank you.

We enjoyed our winter family weekend get-together with friends at this home. The home offered a beautiful view of the lake (although, the fish were not biting). The area was very quiet and the sunsets were awesome! The living area offered plenty of seating for meals and entertaining. We would recommend this home to others. However, if you stay during the winter months, bring slippers and warm PJs, if your sleeping quarters are in the basement.

We stayed here with 14+ of us for a family Christmas. The set up of the house was perfect with enough room for all of us to gather,eat together and open presents. With the bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 different floors it also worked nice for all of us to have plenty of sleeping room and places to get ready. We did some ice fishing and the view of the lake with all the windows is definitely a bonus. We all agreed we will be doing this again next year.

Wonderful home for large gatherings. We celebrated "Thanksmas" there, as our family could only get together for one of the two holidays. We had a great time. Lots of room, places to escape for quiet, and beautiful lake views even in the winter. Timmers Resort nearby had an incredible Friday night Fish Fry and Sunday Brunch. Everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. Owner is very helpful and accomodating. He is also excellent about pet-friendliness.

The home was exactly what we expected and then some! The house was CLEAN and spacious, It was a nice surprised to have access to a highchair, some toys in the closet and a crib for our toddler. The owner was easy to talk to and provided excellent communication. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this home!

My family and I spent Christmas at this house ... WONDERFUL place!! The house is just beautiful, large open floor plan, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen (that came in real handy because we LOVE to cook). The children especially enjoyed the basement and playing outside in the snow. We are even planning on coming back next year for a longer time ...can't wait!!!

Wedding weekend! Glorious weather, good eating, great family event. It is a comfortable spacious home- just like Millbrook, NY! Farmer's market Saturday AM- good bread, veggies, cheese. Paddled around the lake in the canoe, great fall colors, beautiful lake.

our stay was very enjoyable. We went to the last Cubs home game for the year- the park was full of fans. Final score: 8-7 Cardinals won. Drove North and explored Maitowoc and Sheboygan and a couple of lighthouses, Grilled hamburgers and enjoyed sitting on the deck. Went on a riverboat cruise of the Milwaukee Harbor, Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee River. Very enjoyable. -Marion, Iowa
