This property was great in every way. I found it very easy to book this property and the owner answered all my questions and made me feel at ease before our trip. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 18 year olds) and it was very convenient during our stay to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Since we did sunup to sundown theme park touring it was just great that we did not have to share a bathroom when we were all trying to get ready to leave for rope drop every morning. The house was great in every other way too and we enjoyed the splash pool. Windsor Hills is very conveniently located to get to the parks and this house is a stone's throw away from the lovely Windsor Hills pool and clubhouse.. We would highly recommend Mickey and Jasmine's house to anyone vacationing in Florida. Thanks Jodi!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mickey & Jasmine's in August 2012. Our daughters (aged 4 & 8) loved sharing the Mickey themed bedroom, and we all loved the extra space (that we wouldn't have had, had we stayed in a typical hotel room!). Our Disney vacation was made easy by the short drive to the parks each day, and we liked being able to eat breakfast at the house each morning, as well as pack ourselves lunch to take in to the park. The kids enjoyed having our own splash pool in the back, and we also ventured over to the clubhouse to enjoy the beautiful pool they have!! Everything you could possibly need was available at the house. Check-in was an easy process and we loved the security of being in a gated community. We hope to be back again in the future ... it certainly made our Disney holiday a fun one!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Nous avons passe une semaine formidable. Le domaine qui entoure le residence est parfaitement entretenu, le personnel tres sympathique. La maison est toute neuve. Nos enfants de 7 et 9 ans etaient comme dans un reve en voyant la chambre et la salle de bains decorees au couleur de mickey. La piscine dans le jardin, bien que petite, est profonde, nous en avons tous profite car c est tes calme et rafraichissant. La grande piscine est immense et pleine de jeux mais moins calme. Jodi a ete adorable. Le syseteme d acces est tres malin avec codes et code barre, tres efficace ! Magnifique sejour. A recommander les yeux fermes. We had a wonderful stay. The house and surroundings are picture perfect. Even better than i expected. Kids loved the mickey and jasmine room as well as splash pool. House is very well located and agency was very efficient in handling our arrival. I cannot even think of one criticism to make. Kitchen has all you need for cooking even for demandng french family ! Jodi was very nice and timely in all our exchanges. Contract and arrival packets very professional. We had a superb stay. Just wished we had stayed more than a week!Did you find this review helpful? This home is the perfect family get-away and was exactly as described! It was very clean, and decorated nicely, even the beds were comfy! The whole rental process was very easy and secure. Jodi was very quick to respond to all of our questions. It has all the amenities you could need and more (ie: pack-n-play, high chair, strollers, and movies). It is very safe and secure, especially for those travelling with small kids.We have a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small children), our 2.5 yr old daughter absolutely loved the Mickey themed room! Having your very own pool to slip into whenever you want to is an added plus, we spent a lot of time in it! It was also nice to be able to do a load of laundry before heading home, as well! The location is so close to everything, just as described. The clubhouse was across the road, and the playground was just a short 2 blocks away. Shopping and WDW are very convenient, just a short drive away! The Windsor Hills Community has so much to do, we only left to go to WDW! I would definitely recommend Mickey & Jasmine's Place to anyone looking to stay in the Kissimmee area. The price was very affordable, especially for the location and for everything that is included. Renting from Jodi & family was a very secure and honest transaction. There was nothing to hide and what she writes is 100% true! If you are looking for a secure, clean, family home to rent ... this is it! When she says that the amenities are CLOSE, she is not joking. The house is across a street from all. We played tennis / went to the park and walked around the neighbourhood! The guest pool was so easy to access we ran home every couple of hours to refill the cooler and make lunches (they were still hot when I got back to the pool). Disney is SO CLOSE to the house, you can't get closer in less you stay on the highway. It was a 4 minute drive to the gate!! My son didn't even have time to fall asleep in the car we were back so fast!! They have everything there for you to use (especially if you have kids) from balls - to dishes - to a secure pool alarm in case they get out! I would not think twice before renting again from Jodi (she is quick to respond to any questions you have and keeps in touch until the last minute) which made our 1st rental a pleasure!!! If you are thinking about this property, the security of your children and the convenience of all within minutes, you have to stay here!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our stay at Mickey & Jasmine's Place was just what we were looking for in an Orlando rental property. There is so much space - way more than any hotel room and at a fraction of the cost. You can walk to the on property sundries store and pool/clubhouse. The backyard pool is wonderful to let the kids play in when taking an afternoon break. It is also very pleasant to sit outside and sip your coffee and eat breakfast in the morning. It is so close to Disney that you are from the front door to the parking lots within 10 minutes. Jodi is very nice and makes booking quite easy. We will definitely try to book Mickey & Jasmine's Place on our next trip to the World.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely loved our week-long stay there! The house is huge, very clean, well decorated, and the owners are super-easy to rent from. It was only a few minutes from WDW, and very close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Fully stocked with anything you'd need in the kitchen, and there were towel animals everywhere! We liked the security of being in a gated community, but it was also not a big hassle to get friends in (there's a visitor lot right next to the townhome). The clubhouse was a short walk across the street and the slide and jacuzzi were very nice, although we preferred lounging in our own private heated wading pool. Would definitely visit again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

From th first e-mail, owner Jodi was helpful, pleasant and patient in answering my MANY questions. I was worried about making a large transaction for an unfamiliar property with a stranger, but she put my fears to rest, and was wonderful to work with! The property was clean, spacious and well-equipped for our family, with plenty of room for the 7 of us. I LOVED that you park right at the front door in your own space, which made unloading/loading so much easier...not to mention arriving back from a long day at Disney when I couldn't walk another step! The property itself was truly convienently located, and a quick drive to the parks. I did NOT miss the Disney transportation busses that are always packed, so it was worth paying for parking every day to avoid it. We spent so much time in the parks that we did not get to enjoy all the amenities of Windsor Hills, but we did visit the large pool at the clubhouse on the last day of our trip, and my 9 year old loved the slide. Otherwise, it was nice to have the small, private pool out your back door to soak in after an exhausting day. The biggest bonus is that staying at the townhouse was 1/3 of the price a family suite at All Star Music was going to cost us, and that is just a basic sleeping space!! What a wonderful week! Clean, bright, so close to everything and best location for a townhouse near main clubhouse. This resort is HUGE and this home is so close,(under 2 minute walk) to main club house with community pool and other ameneties. As well, it really is that close to Disney, all parks and shopping, but quiet and secure. We look forward to going back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed here for 5 days and loved every second of it. The booking process was very smooth. The condo was clean and spacious and showed pride of ownership. I felt as though I was staying in someone’s home. The grounds were well maintained and quiet. This condo unit had parking for 1 vehicle however visitor parking is only a couple of units away. Although I didn’t have the kids with me this time, the gated community made me think that this would be perfect for the family and that the kids would be safe. The common pool and waterslide would certainly add to the kids enjoyment. The Clubhouse had lots of offerings including a mini-movie theatre, Xbox station exercise room and dvd rentals. This unit is great if you are going to spend time at the clubhouse as it is just across the street. I walked around the grounds and there are plenty of units where use of the clubhouse would not be convenient. As for location, it is truly only 5 or 10 minutes away from Disney and Universal and has plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. My only complaint is that my GPS kept guiding me to the back gate which is apparently for home owners only. I am not sure if this is just my GPS or all of them but I am putting this in here so that future renters will be aware of this and am still giving 5stars as this is no fault of the resort or owner. I will definately stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The clubhouse was only 30 seconds away and had an amazing pool with waterslide. It also had a private movie theatre where you could choose which movies you wanted to watch on the big screen. The townhouse was clean and spacious. The private backyard pool was super convenient, especially when only some of the kids felt like swimming. The entrance to Disney was a short drive away (5 minutes), as was grocery stores and shopping centers. The owners were great at answering questions before our trip. I would definitely recommend this as a perfect place to stay for families who want to do Disney, but still appreciate the comforts of home.Recommended for: Families with young children

Easy 5 to 10 minutes drive to Disney World Resort. Very spacious, clean and quiet place. A lot of space for our three children (and the next time we'll go, we'll have four kids). They loved the huge pool and the waterslide. The community is very secure and a lot of services are available at the clubhouse. We had a very nice stay with many more options than at the hotel for less money (all the cooking facilities, washer/dryer, multiple bathrooms) and all the stores/restaurants at around 1 mile from the house. We recommend it to everyone without hesitation. To the owners : merci beaucoup !Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
