  We travelled to PR for a 6 night vacation-- 3 kids and 3 adults. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and cheese and the door open to a truly beautiful home. The large welcoming door lets you in to a light filled and tasteful apartment with a great view over the harbor and out to the ocean. Beach towels and chairs were available for us to use (which we did) and the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment complex has three really nice pools, one which you can see from the balcony, so watched our teenagers as they swam at this pool. There is also a tennis and basketball court...Everything is VERY well kept and we felt comlpetely safe as well. We used this venu for relaxation and as a departure point to visit the Rainforest , several wonderful beaches, a little island off the coast and a cople days exploring Old San Juan. If you are considering a condo, I could not receommned this one more. The owners, Luisa and Homero, live near by and are availble to field ay questions, but also give your privacy. We arrived on a day where all markets were closed, so Luisa even volunteered to do a bt of grocery shopping for us so we had something to eat for dinner! Super nice. We hope to return,

  As a career military family we have traveled the world and have stayed in the very best, and worst, of hotels, motels, and condos. This is without question one of the most enjoyable living accommodations we have ever had the good fortune of finding. The owners take care of you from the first email through your return home. The pictures do not do justice to the quality of the furnishing, cleanliness of the property and the helpfulness of the owner. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends.

  I had traveled many time to Vieques, PR with friends, and we decided this time we'd like to explore the main island of PR beginning in Fajardo. It was a great jumping off point for trips to El Junque, Loquillo Beach (which is beautiful and relatively quiet during the week) and points south like Humacao. But I have to say, the condo itself was one of the main attractions. It was so easy to book by phone; I got Luisa on my first try. We've stayed in rentals in several cities, but this one, by far, was the most luxurious. You can see why its called an Ocean Club, because the buildings are new, the grounds are meticulously maintained, two pools, a tennis court, basketball....and there are beautiful ocean views from almost every window!. And the condo itself is comfortably furnished, superbly maintained, outfitted with everything you'd need for a day at the beach (coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc), and always cooled by an ocean breeze. Luisa gave us a quick orientation to the area and pointed out several great restaurants, many of them just a 5 minute drive from the place. It's also very easy to access the town, stores, and many water activities. Luisa and Homer are wonderful hosts -- nearby if you need them, but very respectful of your privacy and autonomy. We would definitely return if the occasion brought us back to Fajardo!

  We were 1st time visitors to Puerto Rico and have just returned from our stay at this fabulous condo. We chose Fajardo because it was a good base for exploring this end of the island. We visited Seven Seas beach which was about 5 minutes away, Luquillo Beach which was about 10 minutes away, the El Yunque rainforest and also took the nearby ferry to Culebra for a day. We have rented condos and homes on several islands and found this condo to be of extremely good value. It was meticulously maintained, very well stocked with linens, kitchen needs, coolers, etc. The views from the condo were also very nice; when standing out on the terrace we had the mountains to the right, the marina in the center and the ever changing colors of the sea to our left. The grounds of the complex were great with a clean and modern gym that my husband utilized almost daily and 3 pool areas. I also want to mention that this complex felt very secure with a gated entrance with a security guard station. I would highly recommend La Estacion and Tasca OleLelolai restaurants. We would definitely recommend this condo and will return!

  We chose Fajardo because we thought it might be a good place to snorkel, given its proximity to nearby Vieques and Culebra. We never did snorkel because the surf was too strong but we did enjoy our stay. This is a very nice , spacious condo with two king-sized beds. Within an easy drive to the supermarket (Ralph's) , the ferry (to Vieques, Culebra) and good restaurants (Metropol was our favorite by far). Owners Homero and Luisa are very helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. TVs in three rooms, so I could pick up a few basketball games on ESPN. We wanted king-sized beds (two couples) and this is one reason we selected this unit. Overall, a good value.

  We had a wonderful time staying at the condo and a great vacation in Fajardo. We were greeted with cheese and crackers and wine when we arrived and everything we could have wanted was available for us in the condo. The living space is comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating on the porch overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Luisa and Homero are extremely helpful and hospitable. I highly recommend the condo and you cannot ask for better owners!

  We enjoyed one of the best vacations we hav ever experienced. Everything was as pictured and even better. Luisa and Homero are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way on many occasions to make us comfortable and happy. They even came out to find us in their car when we got lost on the way from the airport! We loved the area and even with 10 days ran out of time to do everything. Wonderful restaurants nearby and the most beautiful picture postcard beach "Seven Seas Beach" that we have ever been to.. They have provided everythng you need in thier condo which is absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning watching the boats go out as well as all the lights and stars in the evening. We certainly hope we get the opportunity to return.

  We have just returned from a week's vacation in this fantastic condo. It is so well appointed, with everything you could need to enjoy your vacation. Luisa and Homero have thought of everything from beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, coolers, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, and many thoughtful extras like paper products, dish and hand soaps, etc. They have compiled a helpful binder with possible activities, menus from favorite local restaurants, directions, emergency numbers and other suggestions. The condo is very clean, and nicely decorated, yet comfortable. They even met us there, showed us around, and gave us a welcome bottle of wine with cheese and crackers! The complex is wonderful, safe and very well maintained. It is in a great location to get to all of the activities in the east end of the island. There are great restaurants nearby, as well as a nice grocery store. I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent from Luisa again!

  This condo is absolutely beautiful. Upon arriving at the condo, we were met by the owner, Luisa. Not only did she show us everything in the condo, but she also had wine and cheese waiting for us. The condo is spotless and they have supplied almost every amenity you need. The views are fantastic, you can sit and watch the boats in the marina. The kids enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we come to Puerto Rico.

  Upon arriving owners Luisa and her husband greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. They were awesome! Luisa provided us with a book full of fun things to do with coupons and good places to eat around farjardo..she even had wine with cheese and crackers. :) the place comes stocked with everything you will need on your trip, except for food but there is a Walmart up the road that has just about everything. I love and miss waking up in the morning and having breakfast on the balcony and feeling the cool morning breeze and admiring the view. I've been to puerto Rico many times in my life and stayed at places I thought had nice views of the ocean, but this place takes the cake! Coming back for sure and I highly recommend this place! Oh and my family stayed in a condo just across from this one and didn't have a view or a breeze at all and was a little run down. Luisa's condo is worth every penny.
