This home is located on the sought after Big Basin area of Lake Rabun in the mountains of Northeast Georgia. Antique wood floors with wood paneled walls and ceilings. Two story boathouse with covered party deck and two swim/sun docks. Explore the lake in the kayak or fish and swim from our dock. Boat rentals are available locally. Drive your boat to Hall's Boathouse and eat at Louie's or the Lake Rabun Hotel.
The main level has the master bedroom, kitchen, powder room, stone fireplace and the open living/dining area that opens to the decks and screen porch. The lower level has two bedrooms with a full bath with double sinks. It also has a living area with flat screen TV that opens to a huge screened porch with a ping pong table, hammock and sitting area. This is where the kids love to hang out after a long day on the lake.
Only an hour and a half from Atlanta. Pets will be considered but they will only be allowed on the decks or porches.
