My family and I went to the beach house last week. We have a 7 and 9 year old. Beach house had a lot of room and can easily sleep 8-10 people having 3 levels. The house is right on the beach so it is only flight of stairs away. The downstairs level of the beach house has a nice size kitchen with a family room close by which was great for the kids. The house was also close to Plymouth where we saw a lot of attractions such as Plymouth rock, Plymouth Plantation, Mayflower 2 etc. In Plymouth I took 1 of my kids deep sea fishing where we each caught a shark. There are also boats there for whale watches although we chose to do a Pirate Cruise with the kids which they enjoyed. The location is also about 45 minutes or so from Boston so 1 day was spent going to the Boston Aquarium which was great. Location is also north of Cape Cod. There were also a lot of great local restaurants. In short, I would highly recommend the beach house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We had a wonderful week at the beach house. The views from both decks were amazing. We spent many nights out on the deck listening to the ocean, and having cocktails. We had 6 Adults, and 3 children and the home provided more then enough space the few times it rained we didn't feel as though we were on top of each other. The house was in beautiful condition and everything was just where the owner said it would be. There were more then enough beach towels and bath towels which was great. We did a lot of cooking and grilling and both the kitchen and grill where wonderful. The location was great. A few of us played golf, while others enjoyed the beach. We also took a trip up to Boston one day and down to the cape another day. It is easy to get to grocery stores, as well as the "package store" (being from NY we didn't realize that beer can not be purchased at the grocery store) We had an amazing week, and would highly recommend this house to anyone. The owner was also wonderful to work with, he was quick to respond to any questions we had, and responded with a quick turn-around!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed at this magnificent property last year and our family had an amazing time. The ocean views from the very large, private deck were breathtaking and the house was very comfortable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This house is beautiful. The house was very clean: included dish washer, washer/dryer, extra linens and more. The view was breathtaking both inside from top 2 floors and outside on deck - starry nights, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The beach is quiet: private with families scattered on large beach, never too close to others/plenty of room to spread out. Many extras: the pantry was stocked with paper products, trays for carrying, coffee pot available, plenty of dishes/pans. Nearby Attractions: we stayed at house majority of time; enjoying the views and beach. Venturing to Plymouth Center for shops, Plymouth Rock and ice cream was a nice coastal, 20 minute drive. The only disadvantage is the flight to the beach. Since it is up high with beautiful views, the stairs leading to the beach can be quite long! Not the perfect setting for older visitors who have trouble on stairs - but the deck certainly was large enough for older visitors to sit and relax. The first floor was handicap accessible, too. I would highly recommend this property. The owner made it very easy to rent; always quick in responding; never had an issue.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
