This is a nice 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, perfect for a couples retreat or for two couples. It has 2 full sized beds, full sofa sleeper, and a full Murphy bed. This unit is located on the 8th floor and has amazing views in every direction from the balcony. Directly beneath the room is the outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and lazy river. From the balcony you can also see miles of beach in both directions. This unit could also make a great vacation spot for a few golfers. Come and have an excellent stay at the Caribbean Resort.
The Caribbean offers swimming pools, two large hot tubs, a 200 foot lazy river, and a children’s splash deck, all brand new. Directly next door is an all new water park reserved exclusively for Caribbean Resort guests. This room looks exactly like the pictures. But I was not happy about the dirt in corners of floors and air conditioners looked awful. Shower was clean and pressure was great it must have been fixed since last persons posting. And there was two coffee makers in the room so the owner must listen and take care of complaints in all fairness. Pools and resort are wonderful and close to Broadway on the Beach. I would stay again but request to make sure the room is cleaner on arrival. All in all a good choice for all age groups.

We were first time VRBO renters and didn't know what to expect. Our overall experience was good and would definitely consider renting from this owner again. The best part was that we were able to check in at 10:00 AM due to no one having rented the place the previous week. The room was clean and averagely comfortable. It really was nothing special. I'll offer a few tips to future renters. Bring your own trash bags. Bring your own toilet paper as the two rolls allowed are not quite enough. The silverware is ridiculously cheap and you'd be better off using plastic. The coffee maker sucks. I had to fix it before I could use it. It also hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The dish strainer under the sink is gross and needs replaced. The lack of dish towels was disappointing so you may consider bringing your own. The biggest complaint I have is the shower head. It was installed crooked so it sprays left of center and there's no way to correct it without a pipe wrench. Also, the pressure is really bad. But, overall, for the price we paid, it was more than acceptable. Maybe I'm just spoiled!!!!

Room up to par with similar rentals. The only problem we have is with Wi-Fi. Caribbean Resort has not kept their Wi-Fi up to date. We, along with many other business people, complained to management. We have stayed at this resort 3x over the last year and the Wi-Fi problem continues. Management claims that Verizon has been called in to fix the problem. When you process into the resort, the front desk gives you a number to call if you have problems with Wi-Fi. That should give oneself a clue that they do have problems. The tech people are friendly but can do little since they do not have remote access to the routers,.... I called to the desk many times, only to be told that they had to reset the router in the two rooms next to 822. My friend, who stayed on the 7th floor, could rarely get on. When he did get on, he would get knocked off or could not send E-Mail. If you want/need to get on the internet, the resort needs to fix the Wi-Fi. It would be nice if a towel rack is provided - we brought ours from home and it really helped when drying lots of beach towels/suits.Other than the Wi-Fi, the resort is great.

We stayed in this unit the week of July 4. The unit was very clean and is exactly as shown in the pictures. This was our 2nd time staying at the Carribean Resort. We absolutely love this resort and will definately stay at it again next year. This was our first time booking with VRBO and ODVR. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. We were very pleased with our experience.
