This Condo is our family's home away from home since 2002. We think you will enjoy the location on the third floor looking out among the trees. We try to keep the unit well stocked with all the items necessary for comfortable living.
Village House is a very unique condo on Hilton Head Island because of its concrete construction. Most island condos are wood and you have to walk up to your unit. We have 2 elevators and covered under building parking.
There are bike racks in the garage area to keep bikes that you bring or rent. There are bike paths on the front and back of the complex which are part of the extensive all island bike paths which are unique to Hilton Head.
The building has 24 hour video monitoring inside the lobbys,halls,garage and yards. The lobby doors require an access code to enter the building at night. The access code will be provided when you confirm your reservation.

Why the Owner Chose Village House:
We bought our vacation condo on Hilton Head because it is the nearest beach to the Atlanta area. The Port Royal Plantation is mid-island which makes it very easy to get to any of the attractions on or off island. The beach at Port Royal has at least a mile of very lightly used area in front of the multi-million dollar homes just past the Westin resort. Village House has a DEEDED right away to the beach through the Westin parking lot.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The easy access to the beach, pool, tennis and three(3) golf courses in Port Royal are not found in most other Hilton Head condos. The availability of the Westin Resort next door with its restaurants, bar, and exercise club is very convenient.
