Hate to disappoint you, but you are at the wrong web site if you are looking for the usual ‘owner BS’. My pictures and video do the talking for me. Pictures are easy to find on this web site--up close and personal. If you wish to look at other presentations by owners, notice how they are long on text and short on pictures. Notice immediately that our rental rate is lower than others in the Edgewater Community. Our reasoning for that: we just recently put it on the rental market (it has never been rented before) and wanted to use the lower price offering to begin to build a rental base. We are also going to need both positive and negative feedback. It’s our hope that giving you a good price will encourage you to be forthcoming with an evaluation at the end of your visit.
The unique qualities about us that you won’t find anywhere else are small things, but make all the difference between a good vacation and a great one. We use a combination lock for the front door of the condo; the unique number we key in will be the last four digits of your home phone. In the unlikely event the combination lock malfunctions, we have a ‘hard’ key for the door at your fingertips. We have equipped our home with a dead bolt (locked from the inside) so you will feel safe and secure. Is the cleanliness not up to your standards? We will give you the housekeeper’s name and phone number in advance, to call them back in if necessary. You are going to love having free long distance calling and free WiFi at your fingertips.
There is additional information to provide to you, but I wanted this site to emphasize the pictures and the video. I didn’t want to distract you from the visual beauty of the community environs. We really loved the condo! It is decorated and furnished well throughout. I was able to move around easily in my wheelchair as the condo was very spacious. We had to call Vince shortly after arriving because the patio door jumped off track and wouldnt close all the way. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was broken, the fan on the patio didn't work and it was hot/humid and the spa tub didn't work. Vince was great trying to fix everything but he could only fix the door. I know it's the end of the season and things get over looked but these were inconveniences to us nevertheless. Overall.. Loved it and would stay again.. very nice place!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We had a very pleasent stay at this condo unit. We found the accomodations to be top notch. The unit was clean and neat and made you feel right at home. As always, we had the most relaxing visit at the condo. This is our second year staying here and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Everything is as described, beautiful, clean and relaxing. We had an excellent stay at the edgewater resort. It was very nice, the condo was very clean and very pretty. This was a great place to stay, we enjoyed watching the boats go by in the canal. We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in Edgewater. The room was beautifully appointed and located in a very nice area. (very comfortable, quiet, and clean) We loved drinking coffee on the screened porch each morning and watching the boats go by. Not only were the accomodations amazing, but anytime we see Peter's name attached to the listing, we know it will be a great visit. We've stayed at his properties before and he is always more than helpful. We have family in Myrtle Beach and will definitely be staying at this property again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This Condo is worth every penny. The decor is all first class, you feel you are at home and not in a rental. Watching all the boats going south for the winter was very enjoyable.My wife & I have been to the Beach at least 25-times and this condo is the nicest by far. I know where I will be staying the next time I am in Myrtle Beach if available. This is the most beautiful condo, that we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the view, from the screened porched, of the inter-coastal waterway. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was complete. Close to attractions! Great pool and beautiful walking path. Owner is excellent to work with. This VRBO listing was much more than we imagined. Well maintained It was better than described... the description were very accurate. The view was gorgeous from all areas of the condo. We watched the boats pass by from every room. The pool was lush & only a short walk away. Peaceful, relaxing and well worth the vacation! We will be staying here again...highly reccomend this choice! Long weekends Sep-Oct or or Apr-May are half the weekly rate. $995 monthly (Nov-Mar) winter rate. About the owner: My name is Peter Cole and I am the owner’s representative. I wear many hats: an oceanfront, resort, rental condo owner; property manager; rental agent; dog tender (That is Woody in the picture. Spends most of his day in the chair across from my desk watching me work.) and favorite; loving husband. As a Medicare card carrying senior, I look back over a full life. My chosen life ‘occupation’ (my Mother could never bring herself to call it a job) was to take teens on cross country camping trips; 3000 teens in all, spanning 33 years. My nephew Doug slipped into my shoes as I slipped into my retirement. My friends and relatives worried about my having too much time on my hands in retirement so they gave me their resort properties to manage. My reputation as a good manager/agent grew. Now 12 properties fill my stable. It was 1967 when I took ownership of my first rental property. In the years since, we have bought and sold 11. I come to you with a lot of experience. I do not take lightly the importance of your vacation. I want to match your needs with the properties I represent. There are 16 pictures, a video and lots of verbiage.
