The peace & quiet of Breckenridge’s pristine open space surrounds this lovely home. Located on Peak 8, the home sits on the Nordic Trail where you can enjoy cross-country skiing in the winter or summer trail hiking & biking from your doorstep. This 4 Bedroom / 3 ½ Bathroom home can accommodate up to 14 people and is perfect for entertaining with it’s large open floor plan.
As you enter the home, you will feel the mountain spirit and charm through the thoughtful decorations and furnishings. The living room has a large fireplace; TV/DVD player and a convertible queen size sofa/bed and is adjacent to the back deck, which has a gas barbeque grill and views of the mountains and Nordic Trail. On this main level you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, which has an island that can sit 5 people and the dining room, which sits 8 people and also has magnificent views. This level also has a ½ bathroom and a 1 car heated garage.
Upstairs you have a guest room with a queen size bed that sleeps 2 and a full bathroom with 2 lavatories & tub/shower. Downstairs there are 2 bunk-bedrooms that each have 2 bunk beds and will sleep 8 people. Adjacent there is another full bath with tub/shower and a laundry closet with washer/dryer. On this level you will also find the master bedroom with king bed, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet and the master bathroom with 2 lavatories, a shower & separate bathtub that shares the fireplace in the bedroom. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door, which lead to the newly installed hot tub and the Nordic Trail. There is also a free shuttle bus stop located about 2 blocks away for easy access to all the slopes, restaurants and everything that Breckenridge has to offer.
