We spent 2 weeks here and absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as described/pictured - if not better! The grounds are immaculate and the view from the back deck is awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend it to others. Be sure to visit The Oilery and Robert Irvine's "Eat" (both in the Village at Wexford and within easy walking distance) when you visit.

We, wife and I, both greatly enjoyed our 3 weeks in January in the Evian Villa. The Unit appeared to have been very recently upgraded, new furniture, kitchen counters, bathroom, etc, etc. just beautiful. Everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the unit.The view from the patio over the lagoon and over to the golf course is wonderful - it was fun critiquing the players golf swings and putting. We also enjoyed watching the many water birds flying by and in the lagoon - herons, ibis, egrets, cormorants. We did not play the Shipyard course and understand that it's great - but we played on (3) other courses with friends that were terriffic also. Evian and Shipyard are simply beautiful - the Palmetto palms , and all other shrubbery and trees, with Spanish moss hanging down, is wonderful the Camelia and Hibiscus bushes were starting to bloom right outside our front door.The owners were wonderful when they very quickly had a minor electrical problem repaired - did not cause any interuption of our stay.We naturally went out to lunch and dinner alot and really liked "Frankie Bones", Black Marlin" and "Skull Creek Boathouse". We love Evian, Shipyard and HHI and plan to return as often as possible.

Hilton Head Villa

We were more than pleased with our stay at this property. The Villa was perfect with a great kitchen and really roomy, comfortable bedrooms. The renter was really helpful and answered all of our questions.The location worked out well for us, the area was quiet and relaxing yet only a short drive to great places to eat and activities. The walk each day to the beach was just long enough to burn off a few calories. We would highly recomend this and hopefully we will be able to return next year to this great Villa.

My wife and I recently spent two glorious weeks at this beautiful Evian home. It is extremely well appointed and the photographs do it justice. We will have no hesitation to rent again on a future visit to Hilton Head.

we recently stayed at the evian condo on hilton head,it is recently remodeled and is in great condition,very roomy,it is located central on the island,so it is easy to go anywhere from there,it is a little walk to the pool,a little longer to the beach but not bad.i would reccommend this condo to anyone,and the best part is the owner is so helpful and easy to get to,answers all questions and concerns in a very timely fashion,it was great to go thru vrbo and this owner,sue

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa. Everything was nice and clean. It was close to everything. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The photos actually look like the villa! Usually the photos are not as up to date as these pictures were. We rented bikes from where you suggested and they were great. It was a wonderful villa and had everything you would want or need on a vacation. It was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!!

Great vacation condo

Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home. There were six people in our family and we had plenty of room. The home is well furnished, updated, clean and private. The location is great, there is plenty of activities for families to do and many great restaurants. Pool and tennis courts are walking distance. The beach is not to far you will need to drive or ride a bike but, it never stopped us we were at the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon and grilling on the patio for dinner. It was just a perfect vacation and the weather was great. Again we thank you and hope to turn in the future.

Wonderful Vacation at Evian!

We absolutely loved our Hilton Head vacation!! This was our first time and will not be our last! This unit in Evian was just perfect for our family of five! Plenty of space to spread out. TV's in all bedrooms and the second bedroom slept three--which sold us. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked! I loved eating out on the back porch each morning! We did see several alligators during out stay! The condo was located close to the pool and tennis courts. We rented bikes for the week, which I would highly recommend! We would ride our bikes to the beach club each day and my husband would drive our beach gear up and drop it off. Not a long ride at all and the bikes were easy to ride! The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions! We loved the whole shipyard area and will definitely come back. We are even looking at buying our own condo! Enjoy!!

Quiet piece of paradise in Hilton Head

We have been coming to HH Island for about 20 years, stayed at several places from Port Royal, to Palmetto Dunes, to Shipyard, Harbor Town and Forest Beach. We have a 1 week condo in Shipyard, but wanted to add an additional week. The past two years we stayed directly on the beach in Palmetto in a very expensive condo. This year we decided to try the Evian Villa and we can't state enough how much more beautiful this place was than our beachfront property the last two years. The area, the amenities, everything. The Palmetto place (Hampton) was "on the beach". This meant that from our 4th floor balcony we could see the beach off in the distance. It was a long walk, on the property, through the garage, past the pool, down the boardwalk, to actually get to the beach. While we could not see the beach from Evian, we did have private parking to drive our car a lot closer than the "beach front" property. And, the patio on the lagoon, overlooking the golf course, was far more enjoyable than the "high rise beach view". The condo itself was far superior to any we have rented on HH. The rooms were extremely well decorated, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (thanks for the Keurig coffee maker) with everything you could possibly need, the flat screen tv's in the rooms were great, the wireless internet did not let us down. The privacy and intimacy of the setting was very relaxing and romantic. We already want to book again next year. The owners were great in setting everything up and our arrival, checkout, getting car passes, etc. all was flawless. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone else looking for all the fun and excitement of Hilton Head, yet set in a private, cozy, charming and perfect setting.
