  We just got back from a week at Casa Los Reyes, and it was everything we were hoping for and more. Despite how difficult it was to tell how far properties were from town when looking at maps before we went, this was the perfect location - a nice walk into town with no real hills, and just off the beach. It was quiet, removed from the road and the noise of town, but within a two block walk of groceries and restaurants. We had three small children with us - two 4 year olds and a 1.5 year old - and found it to be the perfect space for them. While inside with the main door closed there were no stairs to contend with and really nothing dangerous for them to get into. Outside, the pool was perfect for them to splash around in without too much worry about the depth. There were also loads of other small people to play with while we were there. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked - with the exception of dishwasher detergent, which we couldn't find in all of Sayulita! The beds were comfy with nice cosy comforters - I don't know if it was just the week we were there, but it was downright cold at night, so these were appreciated. A/C was not even remotely required while we were there, but the fans were nice for keeping the air circulated. And the gorgeous terraces made the space feel very open when the doors were left open. We would definitely stay here again if we were to go back - which I would love to do tomorrow!

  We are still enthralled by the fantastic stay we had at Los Almendros in Sayulita.The beautiful gardens,flowers and the chirping of the birds was incredible. If you are looking for relaxation, beauty and authenticity, then this is the place to stay.The Condo is very bright and spacious and tastefully decorated ,it lacks nothing. Everything is brand new, very comfortable beds.The kitchen is fully equipped,with stainless steel appliances,no need to eat out,although the restaurants are in walking distance as well as grocery stores, the beach, and a gymn. We hope to return again in 2011.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Our family just returned from a 10 day stay at this condo and we loved every minute of our stay. The condo and the Sayalita area completely exceeded our expectations! Everything is brand new and the staff keep everything emmaculate and well maintained. Location is ideal-close to the beach and the main square. The beds are incredibly comfortable for those wanting to keep in contact with home there must be 50 + channels of U.S. and Canadian television. This is a very spacious condo that is fully equipped and beautifully appointed.we are looking forward to returning next year.
