  Me and my family needed a home away from home and this property was just that, we have a large family and this property provided all our needs, and we range from infants to elderly we had a comfortable stay and the lake view scene was a plus. The price was even better.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The house was perfect, we had 9 guys on a hunting trip, there was plenty of space, the accommodations were just as described. The boat dock was great, need some new eyelets to tie boats off too. The cove is quiet and easy to locate from the lake. I would recommend this house to anyone with a medium to large group.

  We had a great stay. The pictures on the webpage could not capture the atmosphere of the area. However, we were well pleased. The setting was perfect for a family Christmas celebration. Though it rained, it was great being in a house thataccommodated us very well. The amenities were as stated.. Everyone had there own space which worked perfectly. Grocery store was convenient. I have already recommended this rental for a summer trip. I would also consider it in my future travels.

  We had a blast at the house! It was plenty big for the 12 of us. We even had room to tie up 2 boats at the dock. The neighborhood is peaceful & full of wildlife. The house is very well kept & we'll definitely return!

  Excellent location, home was roomy enough for ten bass anglers for our annual trip to Lake Oconee. Really made a difference in having a grocery store nearby and restaurants. Everyone in town was friendly and very helpful.

  Our son got married in Greensboro on 11/5/11. We rented the house for the rehearsal dinner/wedding weekend. We had approx. 35 attend the dinner and had plenty of room to entertain that many people. We had several people overnite each nite thru the weekend and had a great time!!! Owners are very easy to work with. We appreciate all their help. Would love to rent this property again in the future!

  We rented this home with 3 other couples for a long weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time and the house was great. Every amenity we could possibly need was in the house. The home was very well maintained and is close to shopping and restaurants yet secluded and tranquil. I plan to rent this house again in the future and would highly reccomend it.

  The owner was very accomodating and was quite easy to work with, and he was always prompt in answering questions. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially to a large group. We had seven children ranging from age 8 to 18 and 7 adults ranging from age 39 to 71. We all showered, dressed etc. on Sunday morning for church with no problems at all with bath space, hot water etc. which is quite unusual for such a large group in a house. We were all delighted with the house (so spacious and well designed for a large group), and the kitchen as well as the rest of the house was better equipped than any rental property I have ever stayed in. We were well pleased with the location of the house, the lake, and the Oconee area. The neighbors were even helpful! The house is exactly as depicted in the description and in the photos. We are already discussing our next trip and plan to rent this home again!
