Why the Owner Chose North Tower
We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over twenty five years. We would make an annual trip to the beach with our daughters Jennifer and Sharon. This was always a highlight of the year. We looked forward to it all year. We would stay at a timeshare on the ocean for a week. When we left we were thinking about coming back the following year. Since we were originally from New Jersey , people would ask us; with the Jersey Shore so close why go all the way to Myrtle Beach ? We would tell them two reasons; There is nothing quite like the Grand Strand where you can roam free on a beautiful beach for miles absent Snookie but most important Family. Our family migrated from Jersey to N.C. and spent the summer at “ The Beach” When my fellow Keller Williams Realtor in S.C. called me and said I’ve got a great place in Myrtle Beach by Barefoot Landing on the Intracoastal Waterway . Terry and I own and operate an upscale Inn in New Jersey. In addition to lodging we specialize in family retreats, team building workshops, weddings, etc. We also have a rental property in Lake Tahoe. Terry has been Director of Operations and Event Planning for the last 15 years. We are both realtors with Keller Williams and I specialize in the acquisition of upscale bed and breakfast properties,resorts, and second homes and for clients. Terry also raises Alpacas and Llamas. You can see them on the Chimney Hill Estate Inn website. In addition Terry and I are the principals of Anderson Media Group. We both a veterans of the Fire Service and have worked for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Our daughters, Sharon and Jennifer have blessed us with five beautiful grand children, Madison, Cameron, Tyler and Chase and Anika. We look forward to spending lots of quality time with them at our homes in Myrtle Beach and in Lake Tahoe. We stayed at this unit kind of last minute, we were not sure about Barefoot Resort, we were not sure what we would find when we got there. The Barefoot Resort is beautiful and the North Tower is situated right in front of the main pool and the Docksider eatery and bar, it has an awesome view of the waterway and boats. When we got to the room we were so surprised at how massive it was. 3 very generous bathrooms, really it has 1 massive master suite and another master suite with views of the pool. The third bedroom is nice in size also, and there is plenty of room to eat, and hang out. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and my family had a wonderful time. We hated to leave, but have decided that we will be returning to this unit. All of the comforts of home, in a great location which is close to everything. I highly recommend this unit.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I stayed at the condo which we rented through last July. My kids loved the pool and wanted to stay in it all day. We rented a pontoon boat and took a beautiful ride on the coastal waterway. The food choices were amazing there was something for everyone! There were plenty of activities for everyone nearby. The unit is very spacious and allows room for everyone to enjoy their time inside without being cramped. At night we all would grab a glass on wine and relax on the balcony and just have a good time. We are looking forward to going back again this year!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
