This beautiful Aspen home sits on a private meadow with views in every direction. Sit on one of two private decks and watch the wildlife go by......This home features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The open floor plan features a rock walled wood burning fireplace, grand piano and opens to the formal dining room.
The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, steam shower and large sliding doors opening to the main deck overlooking the meadow (a great place to have your coffee!). Downstairs features a 52 inch flat screen t.v, book library, den with second wood burning fireplace and additional guest bedroom.
There is a separate apartment that can be accessed both through the home or an entrance in the garage (a large 4 car garage). We have lived in this home for 30 years and have recently spent the summers traveling. This home is to beautiful not to be used during the summer months and would love a family to come and enjoy as we have.
We have maintained the same winter renters for the past 9 years and have an incredible record and references............... Thank you for your interest and we look forward to answering any questions.
