Living Room is equipped with 52" Sony HD Flat Screen, complete with dual speaker surround sound. The home also has a wireless broadband internet connection. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen and dining room as well as both bedrooms for your comfort. This is truly a relaxing paradise. Enjoy your beautiful 3 floor top deck w/BBQ and enjoy views of both Ocean and Bay.
There are two bedrooms up stairs. Each with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a beautiful walk in bathroom built for luxury. Enjoy the spa type features in this spacious and luxurious master bathroom. There is a premium tub and separate walk in shower with spa shower heads. The second bedroom has 2 twins sized beds and its own private bath. Downstairs has another half bath and direct access to the garage.
The property is located just a few yards from the famous San Diego boardwalk that runs along the Pacific Ocean. Step out on to the beach where you can surf, swim, boogie board, sun bathe or take romantic walks along the shore. You can also watch the surfers, visit quaint little eateries and coffee shops with internet access, dine at fine restaurants, stroll into funky little surf shops, and much more! Walk to nearby Belmont amusement park which touts an indoor Olympic sized heated pool, roller coaster and the Wave House were you can surf the man-made waves, enjoy the outdoor bar, open-air barbecue restaurant, fire pits and hammocks. Our stay at 750 Devon Ct. absolutely exceeded our expectations. For the past 6 years, our family has stayed at 6 different houses in the Mission Beach area for our summer vacation. THIS property is, by far, the best we've encountered. It managed to feel both beachy and luxurious. Moreover, it was immaculately clean. (And, of course, you can't beat the location!) All the finishes were top of the line, and the property managers were prompt in responding to any questions that came up during our stay. We have finally found the property that we plan to come back to year after year!

This property was perfect for a surprise birthday trip/celebration. We had some friends and family stay a few nights. I felt that 710 Beach Rentals did a great job describing the property and their pictures were right on target. I would definitely use the company and the property again!

This 2 bedroom home was perfect for my family. It is a very spacious 2 bedroom (prob close to 2000 squ ft) so my wife and 3 kids had plenty of room to enjoy. the 3rd level deck is AMAZING!! it has beach and ocean views that were very enjoyable when BBQing for the fam. The master bedroom has a ridiculous luxury bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet the size of some rooms we've had in other beach rentals. the location is perfect as there are several eateries and local markets a block away. we could go and on about this place. and the management company is excellent! they were able to address any questions we had. highly recommend to all and we will certainly be back! This is a perfect place for a vacation rental. It's proximity to the beach is amazing and there is a local market a few doors down for you to pick up snacks/drinks, etc. The house is beautiful and was perfect for me and my friends when visiting. The upstairs patio provided beautiful views and the inside of the house is decorated beautifully! I would reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy beach rental!

I am always nervous about only seeing a rental property online before my trip, but this surpassed all of my expectations! It slept 6 comfortably and the roof deck was the best part. I will definitely be staying here again! The owners were very helpful but we barely needed them because the property was clean and we had everything we needed!

This beach house is perfectly situated in Mission Beach. We loved walking to Wavehouse and biking down the boardwalk. Everything in the house is brand new and is incredibly clean. It has a contemporary feel but very comfortable for all ages. We really enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and BBQ’s and the beach is a stones throw away. The bathrooms are like that of an upscale spa, almost too luxurious to leave. The house is stocked with everything you should need, just come with your swimsuit and sunscreen! The managers are incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information and help we needed to make this the perfect vacation. We would recommend this house to everyone we know and will definitely be repeat customers!!!

We Loved it!! Came down with my girlfriend and two friends and it was great! We had perfect weather and the fun never stopped. There was lots to do in the area beside the beach (but we rarely left) and seaworld was a 5 minute drive. The listing discription was exactly what it described and the property was beautiful and well kept. The owner was extremely helpful and informative on actives in the area and pleasant to deal with. All in all we had a great trip and hope to return. Stay classy San Diego
