We had an overall good experience at the chalet with excellent response from the owner regarding refrigerator repair and trash pickup. The owner was kind enough to offset our difficulties with a $100 rebate which was appreciated. The chalet listing description on the VRBO site was accurate and delivered as advertised. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a very comfortable three week visit in this beautiful home. The kitchen is very modern with all the fine appliances and accessories you would need. It is spacious and arranged well for families or couples. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to our needs. I have recommended it to friends and family. An ideal place to enjoy Breckenridge and the cool CO summer.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We needed a week away from it all, and this home delivered! It was set in a quiet corner next to the forest so that we could just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by, sit in the hot tub or jacuzzi and bubble away our aches, relax in front of the fieplace with a good book, or drive into town and let someone else do the cooking when we didn't feel like playing in the gourmet kitchen! The listing is very accurate, and Jeff was easy to contact and answered our questions promptly. We would recommend it for anyone interested in a summer escape. Thanks, Jeff! You even managed to arrange perfect weather! :)Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We have stayed all over Breckenridge but I think this chalet was my favorite. It is in a very quiet location but close enough to town. My husband and I enjoyed all the chalet had to offer. The hot tub was wonderful in the mornings and evenings. The chalet was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. I would definetly recommend this chalet. Jeff was wonderful to deal with and anwered all our questions promptly. This chalet did not disappoint! It has everything you could need and more! It was great for kids with the Wii, and toys and excellent for the adults with a state of the art hot tub, steam shower and Jacuzzi tub! And after a hard day of skiing it was great to relax. It was very clean and organized and fit our needs and then some. Jeff even stayed on top of our arrival making sure we made it okay, as we were arriving after dark and was a very gracious host. I would go back to this chalet in a heartbeat! Thank you Jeff for making this an unforgettable family vacation! The description doesn't do this property justice! We had a great time in the area and loved having such a great place for our home away from home! Jeff did a great job of answering our questions before we arrived and checking on us during our stay. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen, which we used a lot! The full sized washer and dryer and heated garage were a life saver! We were a couple of minutes from town, which provided a calm, quiet retreat....BUT still just a couple of minutes from all the activities we enjoyed! While there, we dog sledded, snowmobiled, inner-tubed, and skied. And had a great house and private hot tub to come back to enjoy in the evenings! We would definitely go back to this property on our next trip and would recommend to others! My husband and I travel from the east coast for a week of skiing every winter. This lovely log home ranks among the top places we've rented over the years. It was perfect for two couples; the very spacious loft would also make it a great choice for a larger group. My husband loves to cook and was very happy with the well appointed kitchen. The four of us looked forward to our evening hot tub time after a day on the slopes. There is a steam shower and heated garage--this place has it all. Great scenery, peaceful and quiet yet only a short drive to town. The Owner was excellent to deal with, checking with us before, during and after our stay to ensure all our expectations were met. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying here next time we return to Breck.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great house in good location. Very well maintained and thought out. Thermador stove : ) and well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook meals on vacation (We did). The location is quiet and just lovely. This was an absolute remarkable get away for my family and I this Thanksgiving Holiday. Our stay was only minutes away from downtown Breckenridge with various accesible activities. This vacation home was very cozy and accommodating, not to mention quite spacious. The scenery was breath taking. I would certainly return and book this same rental property as it was delightful.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Myself and a friend stayed in this cabin in late September to do some hiking in the area. WOW- GREAT Place. The cabin is very spacious and very well equipped. The area is very pretty and quiet. The location is perfect. Only a few minutes from Breck, but out of the way enough to let you experience the beautiful surroundings away from the city. The owner was very accommodating. My family stayed at the house in late August. The place is absolutely beautiful, and in a very nice, quiet location. The house is high-end everything (appliances, furnishing, etc.) and it's very spacious. The hot tub, whirlpool bath, and steam shower were really nice bonuses. The owner & family were very helpful and accomodating both prior to our visit, and in showing us around when we arrived, making sure we had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hope to return to the Rockies during ski season, and would love to make use of this luxurious home again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

Gorgeous home with a true mountain feeling, conveniently located minutes away from Breckenridge. Awesome from the inside out! Super comfortable and unpretentious, very relaxing feel to the home. If you want adventure, just walk outside the door. If you're seeking to relax, just find one of the many nooks available or spend time by the fire pit, hot tub, steam shower or jacuzzi. Very easy to find and use all appliances, it is also well equipped with movies and games! The Owner was completely helpful and ensured that our stay was perfect. My family and I stayed here last week, and we had a great time. Less than 10 minutes to Breckenridge. Gorgeous log home! Pennsylvania Creek trailhead is a short bike/hike away. The hot tub was very relaxing under the stars, and smores by the firepit were an added delight.
