Our home is located in Sun City, Palm Desert in a gated, 1600-acre, residential retirement community with 24-hour security, beautiful desert landscaping, and many amenities. The 2000-square-foot home is situated on the 15th fairway with a spectacular southern exposure to enjoy the sun and mountain scenery from dawn to dusk.
Our Palm Desert home has a beautiful large master bedroom (California king) with walk-in closet and french doors leading to the hot-tub, the comfortable guest bedroom (queen bed), and the casita (attached guest house with Palm Decor and a queen-size bed). Each bedroom has thier own bathroom. The eye-catching landscaping (lemon, lime, and orange trees) has night lighting to accent the numerous trees, bushes, and flowers. Our home has a warm, inviting feel to it and we truly hope you feel as much at home as we do!
