    Our stay was very pleasant. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Robles. She was quick to respond and very friendly. The apartment is clean, safe, and right next to the beach. The pictures of the apartment are accurate and it's well kept. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular. We were short distance from the Rain Forrest and many tourist areas. The apartment has 24 hour security and the grounds are well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely rent it again.

    This condo is exactly how Alvy represents it. We had a great time and definitely felt safe in the property. Loved waking up to the ocean view and falling asleep to the waves crashing! Alvy was wonderful to deal with and always got back to me right away with any questions we had. The property is a small one bedroom and fitting 4 adults was a little challenging. Plenty of room to sleep but not much space for our luggage etc which didn't bother us as we spent our time there out exploring but it may be an issue for others. There are many great hidden gems for eating within minutes of the condo! I highly recommend Erik's deli for breakfast and Pasta y Pueblo for a great dinner right near the beach! It was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we really enjoyed ourselves!

    I stayed in this unit for a week in early December. Everything stated about the unit is true and accurate. The beach in front of the unit has some pretty decent snorkeling spots. Alvy was great to deal with and we had absolutely no issues or problems with the unit whatsoever. The location is very convienient for many different day activities, just depends on what you want to do. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Puerto Rico!

    This was my 2nd time to San Juan and I decided to get a house instead of staying at a hotel. When I read the reviews about this place, saw the pictures and the price, I was impressed! I was travelling with my family which included my baby and wanted a safe, secure and clean place. I decided to call Alvy and she was extremely nice and reassured me that the place was safe. She also emailed me information on where to go and what to do, which I found was fantastic. Upon arriving to Playa Azul, I was not disappointed! It was clean and secure. The view in the morning was amazing! My grandma sat each morning to watch the sunrise and read her bible. My family had a wonderful time. I will definetly recommend this place, it's just as it's describe. We will be back for sure!

    We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our favorite beach Playa Azul. The view from the condo was beautiful! The apartment was clean and cozy. We stayed for two weeks and the first week we had Tropical Storm Isaac passing through the Southern part of PR. Alvy was very accomadating and called us right away to offer us her Retirement Home 7 minutes away if we didn't feel comfortable staying. That was very thoughtful of her but we decided to stick it out and we only got a little rain and wind on and off for about two days. Other than that our stay was amazing. There were beach chairs and towels which we used almost everyday and a boogie board, shovel & bucket set for my daughter to play with. I would definately reccomend Alvy Robles condo as she is very easy to reach on the phone and cares about her tennants.

    Three girls travelling, one was my three year old grandaughter. Safety was my first concern when attempting to secure lodging in the island. We had always stayed at hotels before. Getting to converse with the condo owner, Alvy, immediately dissipated all fears. She is very caring and professional. The location is awesome; right at the beach, pool, gated, building well maintained with guards on duty at all times, and great views. The apartment is clean, many amenities, beautiful and breezy, with the convenience of a full kitchen at your disposition. Having our morning coffee in the balcony every day was really special for us. Close to supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, and the incredible El Yunque Rain Forest. The price is so reasonable. No worries... Go ahead and call :) Alvy, thank you so much. It was a great vacation.

    I stayed at this condo from April 11 - 15th and all I have to say is that it was too short a time! I enjoyed the security of the place, the views of the beach were unbelievable. Everyday I found myself getting up early to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony as I watched the Sunrise. It was a sublime experience. Beautiful accommodations with all the amenities you didn’t even think of, like beach chairs boogey boards, volley ball, paddle ball rackets, etc. The condo itself was quite comfortable and roomy with white tile floor and nicely appointed furniture. The breezes from the ocean were like a lullaby, so relaxing. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen essentials so you could prepare everything from a cup of espresso to a 5 course meal if you wanted to. Of course with so many dining options available that would be unlikely, but the option is there and there are grocery stores really close so you could get whatever your palate craves for. The beach is just steps away literally! I walked on the beach in the morning for exercise and met with the friendly locals as well as the other visitors, everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Something that was not mentioned is that from the hallway area by the elevators you can get a breathtaking view of El Yunque rainforest as a preamble to the condo. I really had a nice relaxing time and am looking forward to visiting this condo again, I can hardly wait! Thank you Alvy for making my stay perfect! Leonardo form Florida

    It was spectacular place to enjoy the area and the beach. We don’t have words to express the beautiful view and familiar apartment you have. Is very romantic and has everything you need. It feels like home. I recommended 100%. And thank you for the opportunity you gave us to stayed as such beautiful place. Thank you!!

    We stayed in luquillo for almost a week. We stayed at a hotel in San Juan for one day and then spent the rest of our time at the condo in Luquillo. Its was definetly much better staying at the condo in Luquillo than at the hotel in San Juan. We had a ton of space and a beautiful view of miles of the Luquillo Beach. Its very secure. There is a gated fence all around the towers and security check ins at several locations. the condo is right on the beach and it is an awesome beach! Clean and gorgeous! You can just walk down the beach all day long, it goes on for miles and miles and its not ubstructed by anything. We also saved alot of money by getting grocerys and eating at the condo for alot of meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to do any cooking. If you want to go out The Rum shack and surf store on the wall in la Pared is a must go. There food is so good and everyone there is super nice. Try the fish tacos! Also La parilla at the kioskos #1 Kiosko has awesome food. Definetly must try it. Expensive but worth it! Both places speak english also. Also in the condo there are boogey boards, volley ball, tennis rackets and many beach chairs so we did not have to rent any of that stuff, that was really nice and convenient. There were only two of staying there but it easily could have fit up to 6 people b/c the two foutons. Theres tons of space. The highlight of our trip was going on a jungle tour with ecoQUEST. I travel alot and have gone on many excursions and this was by far the best! IT WAS AMAZING! am must go! http://www.ecoquestpr.com/ Overall we had an awesome stay. I want to go back already! Alvy was so nice and always there for anything we needed. Great price and great value! I would definelty stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

    Had a great time Luquillo is a short distance from el Yunque, and the ferry to Culebras or Vieques I highly recommend all. My main complaint is I didn't stay long enough. That will be resolved our next visit. Thanks Alvy

    alvy was an excellent person to do business with was very friendly and helpfull with everything the description and photos are extremly accurate the pictures of condo and beach that we took are identical to posted photos and condo was very clean the condo is in an awesome location app. 20 minutes to rain forrest which is a must see for any age also app. 20 minutes to marina in fajardo where we did an all day snorkeling tour including lunch snacks and drinks was incredible was with east island excursions at marina del rey marina also at same marina went scuba diving with sea ventures both trips were awesome with great staff condo also has app. 3 blocks away several fast food places gas station grocery store and walgreens and bank and about one half mile away are the food kioskos which are small restaurants all together on 1 road 60 total but all are not always open our personal favorite el jeffe burger we got a sampler platter to share was about 20 dollars great food and could not eat it all almost forgot 2 other great places to see bio bay kayak trip where the water glows in the dark good for all ages except real small kids and the forts in old san juan are great for all this condo has it all clean great location great owner absolutely spectacular ocean view a nice pool and recreation and last but not least after a long day falling asleep listening to the waves will be returning here on my next trip and would highly recomend condo to anyone sorry about the typing just trying to fit it all in thanks again alvy we had a totally awesome vacation hope to return soon jerry and angie 9/20/2010 9/25/2010

    I spent a week at the in Luquillo PR. I rented this one bedroom condo in Tower 1 17th floor (facing the Ocean) from Alvy. The condo was spotless and the view of the beautiful beach is amazing. If you are looking for tranquility and serenity this is the place you'll want to stay!! Alvy was just an Excellent person to do business with, from the moment I contacted her about renting the condo, she was very helpful, courteous, and informative. She made sure everything ready for the day of my arrival. Even though she was not there personally, Alvy gave her staff specific instructions to have the place ready for my arrival on April 17th 2010. The condo complex is really nice, clean, comfortable, and safe. It was a great place to spent a week and just relax. There is a large pool and a small kiddie pool (both great), a small but sufficient playground, and the condo complex is right on the beach! I visited the pool and beach on a daily basis and it was wonderful. It felt as if I was in Paradise!! There are a lot of retired people (both from Puerto Rico and the States) at the complex. Honestly, all the people that I met including the staff were very friendly!! The condo is located really close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants - so finding food was very simple. I also liked the location because is near el Yunque, Fajardo and only 45 minutes from Old San Juan. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable, safe, and wonderful place to stay in Puerto Rico! Thank you Alvy for a Wonderful stay at your place!! I hope to stay at the condo once again in the near future.
