Casa del Mar’s location is just minutes away from restaurants and night spots at internationally renowned St. Armand’s Circle shopping district that features al-fresco dining, open jazz concerts and nightly entertainment.

Wake up and enjoy breakfast with all the comforts of home in your kitchen and on your lanai, or, simply beach-comb two doors down on the beach for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner adventure at a neighboring outdoor beach-deck restaurant (live entertainment daily). Walk, jog, bike or roller-blade via a paved exercise track that runs the length of the key.

Wave runners & parasailing available off site. Volley for serve on our championship tennis courts. (Championship golf courses, thoroughbred horse racing, dog racing, and jai-lai a short hop away.) Surf-fish by morning, and dolphin-watch by night, where you'll have a ringside seat for your spectacular Longboat sunsets.

The mission of Casa del Mar is to create the most comfortable and relaxed environment for our clientele. If you choose to just relax during the day and do nothing we have chaisse lounge chairs and umbrellas on our semi-private beach (pictured above and below).

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Mar. Unit 16F was nicely appointed and had everythink we needed (even a mixer so we could make a quick cake). The rooms were clean, and the condo had great televisions in all the bedrooms in addition to the living room. The weather was heaven sent, and so we utilized the pool and beach a lot. I have never seen so many shells - beachcombing heaven. The wireless internet worked flawlessly, and we were very comfortable in general. Great area, great facilities. We'll definitely stay again!
