Outside, 22 Red Maple offers an absolutely stunning view of the lagoon teaming with wildlife and the 17th fairway of the recently renovated Heron Point golf course. The pool area also features a gas grill and new furniture and landscaping.
Inside, 22 Red Maple supports a large, fully equipped kitchen has corian counters, custom built cabinetry, an eat-in bar that seats four and a dinner table that seats six. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
The large luxurious living room has an operating fireplace. The adjourning first floor Den, serves as a fourth sleeping area. Enjoy a full service cable TV hookup, DVD player and a stereo and when ready for bedtime, convert the Den into a fourth sleeping area.
The first floor Master offers a King Swing bed, which is convertible into two twin beds upon request, full attached bath with soaker tub, and views of the pool and lagoon.
The front stairs lead to a second master bedroom, with a King bed, TV, DVD, overlooking pool/lagoon/golf, and a private bathroom.
The third bedroom located upstairs has a King Swing bed, convertible into two twin beds upon request. TV, and DVD and a view of the lush maritime forest. Both of these bedrooms have their own full bathroom.
