This South Forest Beach villa, located at the 103 Ocean One, is located on the most beautiful beach we know of on the entire East Coast. It is also an easy walk to the beach volleyball courts in front of the Tiki Hut Bar at Coligny Circle, where shops and restaurants are conveniently located.
Remodeled and beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa with direct oceanfront views. Walk right out of your door to the pool and beach! This beachfront villa is all on one Floor, located on the first floor. There are no stairs to come in, no stairs inside and no stairs outside to walk to the pool or beach.
The living area is a great room style. The kitchen opens to the dining area and onto the living area. There are sliders leading to the patio.
In the main living area there is a kitchen, dining area, laundry area, outside deck and a full bath. The well appointed living room opens to a patio area viewing the pool and the onto the ocean. The kitchen has been redone and there is ample room to prepare any feast.
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. These bedrooms rooms are comprised of a 2-king suites and 2 Double Beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are TVs in each bedroom.
INSIDE - The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for eight, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and cable TV and DVD. A washer and dryer add to the convenience of the first floor villa.
OUTSIDE - just steps to the pool. During the day Hilton Head is Bike Heaven. For your added convenience, 4 beach bikes ready to go to ride over 55 miles of Hilton Head Bike Trails and 14 miles of white sandy beaches. Four beach chairs and a umbrella ready to go!
AT NIGHTTIME - walk to the movies, fine dining, restaurants and nightlife or simply head to the grocery and make a great meal in. It's all right here and once you park you don't have to get in your car again if you choose not to.
