Third king-size bedroom in opposite end of unit has it's own private balcony with views of beach and the mainland, with it's own washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, bath with whirlpool tub/shower combination, it's own air-conditioning system and TV/DVD.
The living room has an a sleeper sofa/loveseat and comfy stuffed chair with ceiling fan, TV/VCR/DVD, and stereo. All window coverings are custom treanna shades which provides maximum views of the Gulf! The customized cornice boards throughout the unit compliment the furnishings. Wet bar conveniently located opposite the dining room.
The kitchen is well equipped with corian tops, large stainless steel sinks/disposal. In the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with corner table and chairs that is ideal for viewing the beach while enjoying your morning coffee. In addition there's a full-size washer and dryer located in the separate laundry room off the kitchen.
The spacious wraparound balcony has all-weather furnishings to accommodate several groupings.

Hi, we are Jeff and Pat Chappel - we live in Atlanta with our families - 5 grandkids in all. We travel extensively but find that we prefer Navarre Beach as our beach getaway each year. We own 2 properties at The Pearl, and would rate the beach and the water as one of the most beautiful we've ever seen. We love the small town feel and visit as often as our schedule will allow.
