    How do i start!!....... The only thing better than my time down in South beach.....was the Absolute Comfort I had staying in this place.... This place just has a feel of being home.The Location is the best!......For my first couple of nights i didn't even move my car. Another great thing,,,,the peace and quiet if the neighborhood......Once you cross over Washington Ave.....there's a real peaceful calm and quiet there. With so many stores and restaurants near bye......what ever you need is always close. Andrea and her staff are always wonderful......Im seriously trying to sign a yearly contract to stay there....(just kidding...maybe!)... This was my second year staying there....and IM NOT LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. I still wont mention this place to my friends....this is my little secret. Thank You Andrea for another great stay!....

    I loved this rental, i couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything was exactly how it was in the photos, if not better. The apartment was perfect for my sister and I! We were able to walk everywhere. On our first day we walked down to Publix, the grocery store, which was a nice 15 minute walk away. We met Andrea on our first day, who was very sweet and made sure that we liked the apartment. I would recommend this rental to EVERYONE, I am already hoping to plan another stay here.

    I was impressed by this unit. It was just like the pictures. It was very convenient to have a kitchen and the parking was a plus for us. Being a Miami local I know how difficult parking is on the beach and many other vacation rentals on the beach do not offer that perk. My only thumbs down is that there was no full length mirror. As girls going out on the town it was a definite need. Otherwise, location is great Whole Foods and Publix are only a few blocks away and it very central location make it very easy to get to any locations on Miami Beach. I definitely recommend this place.

    This apt was absolutely the best!......The location is the greatest!.....Everything was a short walk....restaurants.....grocery/pharmacy....clubs...the beach! The kitchen was great although i didn't use it much....:).... The parking spot was a blessing....Coming in and not having to search for parking was perfect. The apartment had a very cozy at home feel to it. Andrea was very helpful and friendly as well as her staff. They were very helpful and courteous!!.....More staff and customer service people in MIA need to be more like them. This location is great for first timers to South beach......you can find anything you need close to the apartment. I would recommend this location...Although I may like to keep it as my little secret!.....so my friends wont try to take it away from me.:) Thanks again Andrea....I look forward to staying there again.

    Estuve en Septiembre 2011. Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo, muy limpio, muy bien equipado. El estacionamiento que proveen es importantísimo en la zona. Muy amables y atentos tanto la propietaria Andrea como el resto de su equipo. Vayan!

    Playa de Oro is amazing. The apartments are very well kept, comfortable and secure. Very Chic and Modern (Love it). The location is convenient, no more then a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and clubs. Very quiet area (good for resting). Can be a little scary at night, walking alone isnt suggested (but thats a rule for anywhere in Miami). The kitchen is fully equipped, comes with dinnerware/utensils in case its needed. Great size bathroom. The only issue with the bathroom is the lack of a door or shower curtain to stop the water from squirting out of the shower. Very minimal but, be sure to lay a mat down so the floor isnt soaked. Unfortunately the apartment didnt have a full body mirror, but we found a solution. We opened our juliet balcony door, located in the bedroom, and tadddaaaaa on the other side you have you're mirror (Hey....It worked for us)! Parking Spot was a great amenity. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

    Location was Excellent! A few blocks from the famous Ocean Drive, (Lincoln St, & Washington Ave are a bit further, but still walkable)The apt was immaculate & smelled very clean & homey. And, a nice flat screen tv was placed in the bdrm upon my request. The shower water was very HOT!! (A plus for me.) One boo boo though, we did get locked inside of the apt(trouble w/ lock) but maint fixed prob the same day, & it was like it never happened. Clubs, restaurants, are all within walking distance. Owner was very nice & communicated well! Highly recommended!! Thank you!

    Had a fabulous stay in the 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights for a girlfriends' weekend. The two queen beds were perfect, plenty of space, great kitchen with all the amenities you could need. Only downfall for us was there was only one half mirror in the bathroom - it made it difficult for a group of girls to get ready for the evening! The place was clean and quiet and the owner and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, door to water. Also walkable to Lincoln Road (shopping/dinner) and many of the big hotels with the nightlife. Would definitely recommend to friends and hope to be back again.

    A relative recommended us this apartment hotel in South Beach at the corner of Meridian Ave and 8th st. We stayed a week mid January. Everything was as expected or even better, very clean and well maintained. The great thing is that you get a FREE parking space assigned to your suite or room. A must in this parking restricted area, even if cafés, restaurants and shops are only a couple of streets away. The kitchen is up to date with all the expected equipment and the shower room offers you all the linen you may need during your stay. There is plenty of room with more than 600 sq ft (60 sq m if you are metric). The Internet works great so that I was able to keep contact with business and family. We are already drawing plans to come back soon.

    The location was great. Blocks from Lincoln road, and Ocean Drive. Close but not too close where you can't sleep at night from the party noise. The satff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect for families, romantic escapes or simply relaxing. Highly recommended.

    What a fantastic place to stay! We've visited South Beach about a dozen times in the last 10 years and have stayed in every sort of hotel from scary ones to exclusive ones. But this was the best on many levels! How nice to have a separate living room and kitchen for late night snacks or morning coffee while one of us slept in the bedroom. The assigned parking was super nice after paying up to $50/day on mandatory valet service at the big hotels. It's located so perfectly in the center of SOBE that we walked a lot of the time-- 4 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes to Bentley Beach Club, 8 minutes to Lincoln St Mall, 3 minutes to Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Ross, Sephora, Mac, Banana Republic... It was very clean and modern throughout and the housekeeper, maintenance man and Diana, the mgr, were all very friendly and welcoming. Eight days was not enough so we'll be back soon! PS, They even blacked out the bedroom windows before we arrived so we could sleep in easier. Gotta love it!

    We had a wonderful time staying at the Meridian Apts. The owner was very helpful, friendly and professional. The maintenance staff onsite was kind and accomodating. The apartment is located within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. They even provided a portable infant crib for our toddler. We would gladly stay there again anytime.

    The apartment was excellent and very well equipped. It is very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. The landlord was really helpful - although the official check-in time was after 3PM, there was no problem for us to check-in at 11AM. The housekeeper was also very helpful, they replaced our beach towels after they got soaked due to heavy rain. I definitely recommend it!!

    I stayed one week in one unit of this residence and I spent a good week. Clean accomodation and well furnished, ideally located, clean, quiet. Impeccable service and friendly housekeeper. Accomodation near the Beach and all amenities. Very good value for money. The ecological concept of the residence with the sorting of waste is important today and residences offering this concept are not numerous. Being able to access the Internet is also an addition to the residence in relation to many others. Having a parking space is highly significant and this is even nicer than the parking spaces are scarce and expensive in Miami and in addition the price of the place is included in the rental. I would return to stay at the residence without any hesitation on my next trip to Miami.

    I enjoyed very much my stay at this building. I rented the one bedroom on the second floor. The interior looks brand new with a nice and fully equiped kitchen. One thing very important for me was the internet access so i enjoyed the free wifi access (wep keys are written in the building rules book). Staff was discrete and efficient. There's also one free parking spot just in front of the building. Finally, the building's situation is great. 5 minutes walk to shop groceries at Publix or Wholefoods, the same to hit the beach and ocean drive. I'll definitively come back.

    The place was absolutely perfect. Although, it is about 5 blocks from the beach it is still walking distance from shopping, beaches, restaurant, and clubs. The neighborhood is safe and quite, a perfect escape at the end of the night from all the nose in the tourist district. It is very spacious and perfect for a mini Vacation. The housekeeper is super friendly and sweet. I have no complaints. I would recommend staying at 751 Meridian over a regular small cramped Hotel on Ocean Drive.

    "I am excited to share this wonderful place I found in the heart of South Beach. Located walking distance or a three-minute taxi ride to anywhere in Miami Beach, I stayed at this wonderful apartment rental hotel which was comfortable, quiet and most of all clean!!! The dedication and hard work put into this place is very noticeable. As you drive up, you will notice from the facade and entrance that it is very well kept and is the nicest/newest building in the block. As soon as you walk into your room, you can smell the cleanliness in the sheets, towels, bathroom and kitchen...literally it is spotless. It is nice to smell recently washed towels/sheets that remind you of home, unlike chain hotels which wash using industrial size machines and detergents. You can tell how personalized the staff is here, and the work the put into each detail, as they make sure everything is perfect for each guest. The decoration and details are really nice, modern and it make you feel at home. I can't believe I found this little treasure, but I would love to share it with anyone interested in avoiding valet parkers, concierge, front desk's, etc. and who is looking to have a comfortable place to stay and not spend a fortune. I did a price comparison on different hotels on Miami Beach and I have to say that for the price and comfort offered at 751 Meridian you will not find anything like it. Oh by the way, the recycle, I LOVE THAT! "

    I liked this place. It is nicely furnished and very clean. The location is great, close to all the shops and the beach, also there is a very nice Publix just a few blocks from the apartment. The parking space is a big plus on South Beach. Owner is very nice and polite, I got upgraded to a bigger apartment for no extra charge.
