This third-floor, Gulf-front and pool-front unit, located in the Islander Beach Resort and Condominiums in beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is a vacation paradise. Located just minutes from busy Destin, this unit provides the perfect beach vacation - secluded beaches, yet close to any amenity desired. The Islander is a seven-story building built in 1999.
This condominium is families owned and totally furnished for your vacation pleasure. As a bonus, this unit has been recently painted, recarpeted, and updated with WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE (WI-FI). The master has a KING-size bed while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is also a sofabed located in the living room area. The living/dining area features two large windows along with a sliding glass door which leads to a huge balcony for spectacular Gulf views.
This unit is located directly above the large, 80-foot, heated pool and jacuzzi. In the living room, a 46-inch flat screen color TV with cable and DVD await your enjoyment. A stereo is also located in the living room. There is a television and VCR in both bedrooms.
Enjoy a large 1st floor lobby area. If fitness is important work out in our Exercise room with small adjacent kitchen.
A management company makes your arrival, stay, and departure WORRY FREE. Check in and out with reservations, payments, etc. through the management company. All rentals receive complimentary golf, beach service (includes two chairs and umbrella), one dolphin cruise, and movie rental daily. Whether you are on a family vacation, golfing adventure, or just want to RELAX, this cheerfully painted condominium with TLC is perfect for you.

Why the Owner Chose Islander Beach Resort
We chose Okalossa Island for the crystal clear blue Gulf waters and the white sandy beaches. Condos are limited to 7 floors which limits the number of people on the beach. In short- less crowded beach for family fun. After a playful or resting day at the beach you can drive 6 miles into the heart of Destin for plenty of restaurants and nighttime enjoyment.
You can choose-relaxing or partying. We updated the condo in Spring of 2009.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The condo is fully equipped and decorated with the beach in mind. The BEACH FRONT unit overlooks the large pool and hottub on the third floor of the complex.
Owner's Map of Islander Beach Resort
The condo was purchased by two families who enjoyed the Panhandle area of Florida with the blue clear Gulf waters and white sand beaches. We have spent many Spring Breaks and Summer weeks vacationing and decided to purchase a condo together. Our seven children (3 & 4) respectively are now college aged, in High and Middle schools.

Very much enjoyed the stay here. The property is nicely maintained and the condo is clean and well-equipped along with having a beautiful ocean view. It's far enough out to be quiet and relaxing while still being close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The management company was conveniently located so there was no hassle checking in or out. Thanks for sharing it!
