  This was our family's first beach vacation and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The condo was immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed and more. Tracy and Patti were so helpful and accommodating. The beach and weather were absolutely amazing. We loved spending time on the beach and exploring the area. The boys went deep sea fishing and of course the girls did a little damage at the outlet mall. We had some terrific dinners and ice cream at Bruster's is a very yummy way to finish off the day. We have only been home 2 days and are planning our trip for next year. We will definitely be back!!

  Gosh, what can you really say about this fabulous condo! Everything on the website is true and more, the decor, location, supplies, and CHARM are much more than expected. We ate at some wonderful places, did some outlet shopping but mostly enjoyed the beautiful beach. The weather was picture perfect everyday we were there. We were able to see dolphins from both our room and while on the beach. Loved being close to the boardwalk (good restaurants) if we didn't want to drive into Destin. One of my favorite things was sleeping in the comfy, cozy bedroom listening to the sound of the waves, loved it!! If you are planning a trip, you have to check out this condo, you will not be disappointed. Patti was a delight and very accommodating. Tracy, thank you for sharing your awesome beach house with us, we will definitely return.

  I can't imagine what would have made this vacation more perfect. We had a fabulous weather week, and the condo was exactly what we needed for a great week of family time. It had everything we could ask for - a stunning view of the beach and ocean, heated pool and hot tub (lots of night swimming!), well-stocked kitchen, activities for the kids for the non-beach time, and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the beautiful yet comfortable decor - just how I would decorate my own beach place! One of our favorite parts was the "soundtrack" for everything we did - sleeping, playing games, eating, relaxing - with the roaring ocean waves was so relaxing! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and loved seeing dolphins swim by while we ate, as well as rays swimming by while we played in the water. This was our first trip to Okaloosa Island, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this exact condo on our next trip! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

  We are fortunate to frequent the northern Florida coast several times a year. This unit has quickly become a favorite rental. This third floor view is perfect for us. We love being in the kitchen or in the bedroom and seeing the beauty of the ocean. We knew by the immediate look and feel upon entering #314 we would return often. This is a very lovely sea cottage décor obviously decorated by someone with a love for the ocean and sun. Lovely blue, yellow and greens complete each room. We were surprised by the comfortable beds. The décor with cute comforters give the unit the perfect sunny cottage feel. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. Cabinets are filled with new corning ware, stainless steel pots, wine glasses, etc. all in excellent condition. A rainy day closet with games are a wonderful plus. Shopping and bargains are great at the outlet mall. When ready to explore a bit farther we like to go to Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Another Broken Egg features wonderful breakfasts.0 Just down the street from the Island Princess is Baytowne Steamer. We truly ate our fill of crab legs, shrimp and oysters several nights in a row. Lucky for us we had long time friends to spend time with here which was the real icing. We also appreciated Patty (manager) for her graciousness and obvious cheerful help in helping us attain this unit. Again, this lovely condo ranks among the best for us. Our thanks to the owners and Patty for a relaxing and fun filled week.

  We've been renting beach condos for 20+ years and finally we found one that was decorated as a southern beach cottage! The pictures on VBRO sold us on the condo and we were not disappointed. The condo is beautifully decorated with fresh new beach furnishings. We stayed in the condo for two weeks and I cook fresh gulf shrimp dishes almost every night. The kitchen was well stocked for a person who enjoys cooking. I especially appreciated the nice open, big counter top. The daily beach service was a treat as this is the first year daily beach service was included in our rental. Much more convenient than lugging our chairs and umbrella to the beach each day. Both Tracy and Patti were helpful in suggesting restaurants, local fresh seafood markets and grocery stores. Patti is the best hostess (management) we've experienced. (And we've experienced many!) We checked out many of the condos on Okaloosa Island. Island Princess is small enough to offer a less crowded beach while providing one of the best pools and hot tubs. Other condos have smaller pools and often NO hot tub. Destin is a short drive for those who seek more action. However, there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We love watching the dolphins every morning with our coffee and listening to the waves as we drift to sleep at night. Perfect for our family (with two young children).

  Our family has been traveling to the Destin area for over ten years. We usually stay in the Sandestin Area but decided to give Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton area a try. We absoutely loved it...less crowded, but still plenty to do. The unit was great, nice and very clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We have three children so the unit was plenty big for all of us and I must add...it was the best sleep we have ever had. The pool is close to the beach so my girls were able to swim while the rest of us stayed on the beach. We saw tons of dolpins, too many to count! There is plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and souvernior shops all very close. One night we ate at the Black Pearl (wonderful) and then walked out to the Pier, we also ate at Floyd's one day for lunch. There is also plenty to do at Destin Commons if you happen to have a little rain during your stay. Overall, I highly recommend this unit. I spent a lot of time researching properties and this unit is definately the best value on the beach. The owner and property manager are so nice to work with. You will not be dissapointed:)

  We stayed in this unit #294447...absolutely wonderful!!!! Patty worked great with us! She supplied all of the extras one would need to enjoy your time here. The room was amazing! All of the ammenities in this unit was high quality and spotless.....the bedding was amazing, kitchen supplies, games, kids beach toys, and beach chairs to name a few! I would highly recommend this condo for it's amazing quality and value. We enjoyed this vacation and look forward to the next vacation here at Fort Walton...we definitely want to stay in this unit again!! We loved the Fort Walton area and what it had to offer! We really enjoyed Floyds restaurant on the boardwalk. They had the best shrimp! Also, Howl at the Moon was a blast!!! Highly recommended for nighttime entertainment! Thanks again for everything!

  The condo was wonderful! Exactly as pictured. We had 5 people there with no problems. Tracy and Patti did a great job, checking with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. The condo was stocked with plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs for outside fun, in addition to games, puzzles, books, and DVD's for inside fun. We saw dolphins from the balcony several times, which was one of the best things about our trip. The beach service was great, pool also really nice. Location was terrific and close to lots of restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

  This condo was a perfect place for me to get away to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. It was fully equipped with everything I needed and felt like home. I appreciated the tips on the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Thank you for your hospitality and I hope to return again soon!
