Our beautiful Tamarindo Preserve home is 14 months old. It is located on the Point at Tamarindo Preserve. The Point divides the very different Tamarindo and Langosta Beaches. We are just a couple of minutes walk from our home to either beach. Sunsets from the Point are some of the most spectacular you will see anywhere.
Our home is crafted of the very finest materials with extensive use of plantation grown teak. The ceilings, doors, cabinetry, window surrounds, crown molding are teak. The furniture was all hand crafted in Costa Rica. The appliances are all hi-end Bosch. We have virtually every piece of kitchenware that you could desire and it's all from Williams Sonoma. The house features exceptional attention to detail.
Four large, teak and glass pocket doors allow you to open up the home and enjoy the indoor-outdoor living that is available all year in Tamarindo. We have 3-zone central air but you may find yourself just enjoying the natural cross ventilation. Both bedroom suites feature garden showers that are a joy to use 12 months a year.
You will have full membership privileges at The Beach Club at Tamarindo Preserve during your stay. It is the only facility of its type in the area. This private club allows you to enjoy the true serenity of Costa Rica.
Your rental includes a complimentary maid service each week. Maid service is available every day for a small additional cost. You will also have full concierge service available to help with the vast array of activities in the area. There are more than 40 restaurants in Tamarindo.

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, private, perfectly situated, and well-appointed. Anything we were lacking was quickly and graciously attended to. The photos are accurate and portray exactly what you hope for and expect. Management was eager to answer any questions and provide advice and/or information. We walked to the beach every day while also spending some time at the club which served GREAT burgers! We also ate at many local establishments; a book of suggestions is provided in the rental home. We had a WONDERFUL experience and would happily recommend this property/Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

Great location between Langosta & Tamarindo. Nice, secure, clean. private and relaxing. Everything was as described and the outdoor showers were absolutely the BEST!! The pool and yard guys were great and came by twice everyday to make sure all was well. We usually walked along the beach to town and caught a taxi back at night. The cleaning ladies were also very pleasant and thorough. Bob was a great host and did a great job, not only with the property, but he also handled all our tour and driver needs with perfection. This is a really first class home with lots of room and great air conditioning or open the doors and enjoy the nice breeze.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife,son and sister in law stayed in this beautiful home the first week of January 2011. This was my first experience with a truly open air home. With the many sliding door systems in the kitchen and living room, it felt just like we were sitting out in the yard but with a roof over our head. The key is to close them up at 5PM and the house will remain totally bug free. Detail in this house and property are beyond what we could ever imagine and Bob the property manager was very helpful and courteous. We also enjoyed the new Beach Club property for free and walking down the beach just minutes away from your door step. NO COMPLAINTS; just compliments.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We live and work in New York City where we have started our own brokerage business. That requires many hours of our time and really helps us to appreciate the opportunity to enjoy our home in Tamarindo.
