Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect place for a family vacation. Whether you are taking a second honeymoon, planning a family reunion, or golf outing, Ocean Isle Beach is the place for you. You won't find bright lights and heavy traffic on this island. Once you cross the bridge and come onto the island you immediately begin to relax and know you are on vacation. With the mild season changes, Ocean Isle Beach provides year round vacation enjoyment. It has the best activities, beaches, golf, dining, fishing, shopping, boating, fishing charters, turtle and dolphin watching, night time crabbing, day trips and all kinds of beach activities.
By staying with us, you'll never have to go further than the condo to have a great time; you can enjoy swimming in the pool, or a few step away enjoy the ocean water. Our condo is located directly on the ocean/beach. A few short beach steps away is the Isle Restaurant for an enjoyable lunch or dinner. The Island offers a variety of activities including the water slide, miniature golf, fishing at the pier, arcade, visit the museum. During the summer months enjoy FREE Friday night concerts on the coast and on Sundays attend Church on the beach, just bring your chair. For your convience the complex also has on elevator.
If you want to leave the Island, there are plenty of activities within close proximity. Within 8 miles of OIB there are 20 golf courses. Just a short 45 minute drive to Myrtle beach for plenty of shopping or enjoy Barefoot on the Beach. The Battleship of NC is in Wilmington NC along with the Historic Cobblestone Riverwalk. A 10 minute drive to Calabash, the seafood capital of the world. Take the ferry to Bald Head Island for the day.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach
The beach is 8 miles of pristine white squeaky sand. It's not over crowded, very relaxing, nice people, reasonable priced. North Carolina offers it all, the ocean and the mountains and great temperature year round. From the deck we are able to watch dolphins jump and see the shrimping boats. Any time we take a walk on the beach it is a shelling treasure hunt. Crabbing on the beach at night is a adventure. Just cannot get enough of the beautiful views. It's an awesome get away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo was renovated in March 2010. Hardwood floors in bedrooms, ceramic tile on rest of flooring (no carpet). All new furniture and bedding through out condo. Fantastic kitchen with all the extras.

for vacation. We were more than pleased with the condominium and it's welcome atmosphere. The kitchen is well-stocked if you want to cook, the rooms are inviting and have ample storage. The balcony is perfect, and of course the views can't be beat. We love this place.

Our OIB vacation was amazing! The weather was great, the beach was beautiful and the views from the condo were spectacular. Our stay was made even better by the comfort of the condo. It felt as if we were in our own home. Again, the condo was perfect - we couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5; it is very clean, modern, and comfortable! Dee was a pleasure to deal with (thanks, Dee!). OIB is a quiet, laid back beach geared toward families. We stayed busy mostly in the waves and playing on the beach, but you can easily find more to do in the area (mini golf, go carts, fishing, plenty of good restaurants, battleship tour in Wilmington, jet skiing, kayaking, etc. North Myrtle is a short drive; it makes for a nice day trip). We used the pool at the condo every day, which was very convenient and clean. We will definitey be back to stay here again!

I first want to say THANK YOU for allowing us to rent your condo. The condo was beautiful and my sister, my mom and I truly had an amazing week. The weather was perfect and we could not be happier with our stay. The island was everything that we were expecting and the condo far exceeded our expectations. We spent the majority of our days on the beach and then poolside until almost dark! We just had the best time- a very relaxing and much needed vacation.

From the time we arrived we knew this was the start of a wonderful vacation! The condo was beautifully decorated and welcoming! Our family of four spent time by the pool and at the ocean. I really enjoyed the beach because it was not as crowded as other beaches I have visited. Also, Dee was very organized and sent all the information needed a month ahead of our arrival. I love Ocean Isle Beach and I cannot wait to visit again!!!

TWO RETIRED COUPLES FIRST TIME VISIT TO OIB It was almost like being in seperate condos, we all had our own space I love this place and can't wait to return We visited North Myrtle and had lunch with friends, ate at Sharkey's and Calabash We enjoyed the pool as well as sitting on the deck and just watched the ocean This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Thanks for letting us rent!!
