This beautiful, uncrowded, gated community is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking, lounging by the neighborhood pool - just steps from the front door - walking along the beach or riding the waves on your boogie boards. The ocean is a short stroll from the house!
Sealofts boast an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with three decks to enjoy the sunshine from! 929 has a lovely marsh view from any of the decks. The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with Corian countertops, all new cabinets and appliances, and tile flooring. Freshly painted, with new carpeting, the living room has plenty of seating for the entire family, a TV/DVD player, games, cards and a variety of books for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, adjoining bathroom and sliding glass doors leading to one of three decks. The 2nd bedroom has another queen bed, en suite bathroom. Upstairs is a single bed with a single trundle allowing bed accommodations for six people.
WiFi is available for your computer use. While we can't guarantee it, we will do our best to insure it's running.
Access to the Seabrook Island Club is not available with this villa. Passes to the Lake House facilities - indoor (fee)/outdoor (no fee) pools and fitness center (fees) - are available.
