We had a awesome time while staying at this townhome. The place was clean and very accomidating. The owner was a pleasure to work with. I will be staying here more often and i will recommend my friendsRecommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

I spent 3 days at this condo and enjoyed every moment. Right on the river with nice views and starry nights. Excellent location with private dock right below. Property was clean and "guest ready" will all amenities. Owner is easy to work with. You will wish YOU owned it!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is very clean....very comfortable....has everything you need including a huge big screen TV, dock, all utensils,bbq etc. Sits right on the river and has amazing views. Owner is very easy to work with.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

April- Oct $275.00/night or $1700/week or $3800 month Nov-Mar $225.00/night or $1200/week or $2500.00 month 3 night minimum. $500.00 Deposit plus $90.00 non refundable Cleaning fee is required. Deposit is fully refundable if unit is left clean and undamaged. All rates include all utilities.
