Beachwood Villas is centrally located, in the heart of Seagrove. It’s only a 3 minute walk to beautiful white-sugary sand beaches, adjacent to shops & restaurants, 1 mile to the grocery store (Publix), and 1 to 2 miles to several State Parks.

3. Hiking/kayaking/nature watch - 1 to 2 miles to Grayton Beach State Park, Deer Lake State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Eastern Lake, Western Lake, Deer Lake
4. Eateries right around the corner – Bruno’s Pizza, Angelina’s Pizzeria & Pasta, and (the five-star) Café Thirty-A. There are many shops and eateries located along 30A and in Seaside.
5. Don’t forget the beautiful, white-sugary sand beaches!

This was my 3rd time staying in this complex and I've definitely found my favorite place to stay! It's very close to all the action, shopping, dining, and lots of outdoor activities!! The condo was very nicely decorated and clean! Having the umbrella and chairs for the beach are an added bonus as well. The owner was very friendly and helpful was everything:)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is as clean and comfortable as the pictures make it look. The owner so easy to work with. It's in a great location: close to the beach, and with Seaside only a little over a mile away, you have a perfect destination for walks and bike rides. If you're looking for an updated, clean and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom place for a reasonable price on 30A - I don't know if you can top this one!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family loved our vacation at the condo. It was everything we wanted and then some. The condo was super neat and clean. The owner was fantastic he even contacted us while we were there to make sure we did not need anything. Everything is this place was brand new and featured every amenity. It was very spacious for our family. It was just across the street to the beach and only a few minute’s drive to Seaside and other activities. This turned out to be one of our family’s best vacations. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Seagrove very much. This condo was very nice. We had plenty of room for our family. The pools were nice. The walk to the beach was pleasant. The neighbors were friendly. Close walk to food, gas, stores. Very fun week for our 4 generations.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and modern. Short walk to the beach, and very close to Seaside. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and always responded very quickly. Highly Recommended! We stayed in this unit in June and had a wonderful time. The unit is clean and everything is new so it was perfect! The walk to the beach was fine for us since we have older children. We would definitely rent the unit again. Our experience was great. The condo was very clean, and well maintained. Really liked the keypad entry, not having to keep up with a key. The rest of the property is also well maintained and the pools nice. The owner was very helpful. We really liked how close we were to seaside and watercolor. Very easy to ride bikes to. I first visited this area in 1993, my friends came down here from Texas to work during the summers in the restaurants. I visited them every year and I have been visiting 30-A ever since. It is not like Destin and It is not like Panama City, It is 30-A a totally unique place . There is nothing like 30-A on the gulf coast. I know people that visit Destin regularly and do not know about this area. Once you visit here with your family, you will be back. Just like me. I showed my wife this area and now we have a condo.
