This brand new 3 bedroom home is just steps away from the best swimming area on Lake Fenton. The swimming area is shallow for quite a ways so it’s perfect for children. There is over 60 feet of dock to park your boat or jet ski (or both!). Enjoy beautiful views of the lake whether you're in the family room, the kitchen, the master bedroom or the backyard!
The home is immaculate with tile throughout the first floor, Corrion countertops and brand new appliances. There is a ton of sleeping space so it's a great place for 2 or 3 families to share. It accommodates 10-12 people quite comfortably in three large bedrooms located on the second level with a daybed with trundle in the living room. Everybody gets a bed - no pullouts necessary!
Enjoy that up North experience with less than an hour's drive! Just 5 minutes from US 23 (Exit 80), it's a great way to get away without the long drive. We only rent three weeks per summer so don't wait - book now!

The property was clean, well stocked and the owners were wonderful. It did feel like we were up north. This place had a great deck and dock. Easy boat access just down the road made it fun. Lots of room and beds. I highly recommend this place. I will stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: The Schwab and Fitzgerald families bought this home together in 2009. After spending a weeks vacation on Lake Fenton in August, 2009, we decided we never wanted to leave!
Why the Owner Chose Fenton:
We live in the Brighton/Howell area and wanted a getaway that didn't require us to go too far away! We absolutely love Lake Fenton whether we're tubing with the kids or enjoying an adults-only cruise with a few cocktails. And the Town of Fenton has everything you could possibly want - great golf nearby, mini-golf if that's more your speed, and some great restaurants. And don't miss Uncle Ray's ice cream!
