A $300 deposit by credit card, PayPal or check is required to reserve the condo for your travel dates. A check for the balance of the rent is due 30 days before check-in or the balance can be charged the week of check-in. We only rent full weeks during summer months, with Saturday check-in and check-out. Check-in time is 3:00pm CST and check-out is 10:00am. There is a 3-night minimum stay during other periods.
To keep our unit nice and in top condition for all of our guests, our unit is NON-SMOKING (including balcony) and we can’t allow pets. Also note, WE DON’T RENT TO SINGLES UNDER 25. NO SPRING BREAKERS !! Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to loss of deposit and rental fees, and you will be forced to leave by onsite security.
Snowbirds are also most welcome.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the location. Owner was responsive and emailed all info promptly. We would recommend someone else to stay here. Wish we could check in earlier if available.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Calypso! The condo was exactly as described, and it looks even better in person than the pictures show. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The views from the balcony are amazing. We loved being able to walk to Pier Park, and having beach service included with our rental was a huge perk too. Mary Beth is so easy to work with - I really appreciated her prompt responses to any questions I had. My only criticisms are very minor, since everything else was fantastic - the ice maker didn't seem to work too well, and it would be nice if the TVs were upgraded to HD. But overall, I would highly recommend staying at Calypso and this unit in particular...we are already talking about coming back next year!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Calypso and Panama City Beach is fantastic! MaryBeth and Dave are extremely accommodating. The condo feels like ‘a home’ not just a place to rent – it is new, very clean, has large bathrooms with full service kitchen and includes internet and cable! The views from the balcony are spectacular – (better than the actual pictures on line). We rented a car but we seldom used it – Calypso is close to everything and Pier Park has every store and restaurant a block away. The beach is incredible – sand is clean and the beach service is a bonus! Calypso tenants appear to be primarily owners who live in states near by. And even the snow birds aren’t cranky in Panama City Beach as you see at other Florida resorts. This is up there with the best we have seen!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We were in PC the first weekend in October, 2010. We had a wonderful trip. Mary Beth's Condo is beautiful and very spacious. We were very comfortable. She was very helpful and the condo was just as she said and looked just like the photos. It was very clean and well-maintained. We definitely recommend it to families with small children as well as teenagers. But, also for couples or small group of friends. The location is a short walk to pier park and so many other attractions and as well as great restaurants. Driving optional, but not necessary.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We really loved our stay. Mary Beth was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The unit was everything as detailed. The walk over to Pier Park every evening was a nice walk. Even though we went down on Memorial Day weekend it still wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
