  We just returned from a wonderful family vacation in this condo. What a perfect location for a family with young children. We could walk directly off the (gated) patio to the pool and a few steps further to the beach. It made it so nice to come and go throughout the day. The condo, itself, is very clean, nicely furnished and has everything you would need for a fantastic vacation. We think fall is the best time to visit Destin. There are no crowds, plenty of room on the beach and we had the pool to ourselves most days. We would definitely return again to this condo. Thanks for a very comfortable stay!

  Listing was accurate regarding its location. . . turned out just as I had imagined after I read the description. Cannot do better than that. The pictures made the unit look a bit fancier than it was. In my mind the unit was very functional for the beach, nicely furnished and the layout was excellent and that was most important to our group. The amenities however were very well described. The property was clean and in good shape overall. Owner had an answer whenever we had a question before our trip, and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this property to any friend or relative. We enjoyed the Track, arcade and the pool at Emerald Towers the most, because our youngsters loved their times at each of these attractions. The Big Kahuna was closed most of the time we were there so that was a bit of a disappointment. Probably because the kids were back in school we presumed. No restaurants stood out, but we were travelling with youngsters and that meant we did not get to the finer dining spots. Had a good meal at Bubba Gumps and at a couple places down near the Harborwalk Village. Harry T's was excellent in that area. We very much enjoyed the Harborwalk. . . lots to do and see. We also enjoyed the Silver Sands outlet Center for shopping one day. . . . Destin is a great place to vacation and the condo at Emerald Towers was perfect for our group.

  The moment my wife and I opened the front door we knew that we had found a great place to stay! The kitchen is fully equiped to include a washer and a dryer. The dining room and the living room were both very large. The living room included many DVD's and large sliding glass doors that led straight out to the porch. The porch area was a nice place to sit for morning coffee and the paper. It is also conveniently accessible to the pool and the beach. The bedrooms were very nice too and the bed in the master bedroom was perfect! Everything in this condo was of very good quality. Overall, we highly recommend this condo to anyone. We are already making plans to visit again next year!

  We have small children so there is always a lot of stuff to drag back and forth to the beach, this place really couldn’t be closer, I really didn’t even feel the need to bring my big cooler to the beach since it was so easy to go back and forth. Walk out the back porch and you’re at the pool and very near to gate to go out to the beach. There are really nice gas grills out by the pool which we used to grill out one night. The condo is very nicely decorated and is quite spacious. Maria was a pleasure to deal with. I will keep her info on file for next time we go to Destin.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  We had such a great time at Emerald Towers. The condo is so clean and spacious. Friendly staff and most accommodating owner. We enjoyed being right next to the pool and only steps away from the beach. Conveniently located to the Track for kids and easy runs to Walmart. Condo had games, movies and entertainment for entire family. We really enjoyed condo and can't wait to visit it again later this summer or definitely next year for Spring Break. Thanks!!

  We enjoyed every minute of our visit to Emerald Towers. The condo was clean, so comfy, and conveniently located. We loved being on the first floor and literally steps from the beach and pool. Even for being spring break, this complex was very quiet and relaxing. We were also in the center of the activities in Destin, including The Track and parasailing. Maria was a pleasure to work with and we are discussing our next visit.

  We had a wonderful stay in this Condo and plan on doing so again. The rooms were spacious and decorated in a very professional way. The owner (Maria & family) was very concerned that we have a good stay, trouble free. We did in fact have a good stay for the month. The only improvement would be to add non slip shower mats and hand holds (handicap) for safety. The management ladies in the front office were very nice and accommodating. The weather was not very nice to us with only seeing the sun four times for the whole month. The over all stay was just super. Lots of first class eating establishments in the area such as The Crab Trap 3500 scenic highway 98 E. We have been there on previous stays in the Destin area and have made it one of our favorites. You will not be disappointed if you choose this CONDO as your home for your vacation.

  This condo at Emerald Towers is beautiful. The location of this unit is great; steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach. Loved the available chairs and umbrella at the beach. The weather was fantastic--October is truly a great month for Destin. Thank you for suggesting the month. The condo was perfect for the four of us. The furnishings in the condo were perfect. We loved having all the comforts of home ie. blender, washer, dryer, hair dryers, tv's, dvd's etc. It was ca great girls weekend, thank you for making this unit available for rental. We are discussing making this a yearly trip. Can't wait until next year's trip!!!

  This unit is beautiful. As soon as we walked in the door it was WOW! as we walked in each room. What I loved the most was the dining room table to sit 10 and a bar for 5. The rooms were VERY spacious and decorated beautifully. The kids loved being right by the pool. The beach is a matter of steps away. The people there were very friendly. This unit made our trip all the more better. Maria has a home away from home. I would highly recommend to anyone.

  We spent a week in Maria's condo at Destin in May and it was perfect. We had 7 mom's on a rare getaway with no kids and no husbands. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was extremely comfortable for all of us and very quiet even though it was right by the pool. We loved being able to walk out on the patio and go straight to the beach. Easy to run back in to the condo to grab something you forgot or to use the bathroom. Destin is a beautiful beach. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella rentals and we highly recommend this. We were able to park right outside and there were carts to help you get your luggage and groceries into the unit. Free video rentals came with the unit as well. 2 at a time which was great for the nights we stayed in and relaxed.
