Just completed upgrades for 2011: granite counters/vanities, new tile, new stainless appliances, re-finished hardwoods & decor! This beautiful home has an incredible view of the marsh and the scenic waterfowl as well as easy access to the ocean which is approx 300'(walkway across the street). Located in the exclusive Charlestowne Grant Section of Litchfield by the Sea, the home is steps away from the neighborhood pool (adjacent to the house). The screened porch and deck of the house offer great outdoor living areas and views.
The floor plan is ideal for large gatherings with it's spacious family room that is open to the screened porch, deck, dining area and kitchen. The two story palladian window offers breathtaking views of the marsh. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with private baths and two additional bedrooms with private baths upstairs. Master downstairs with king bed, the other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, one upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the other upstairs bedroom has two twins and queen sleeper sofa. There is also a loft/den area upstairs with a comfortable sectional queen sleeper sofa that is great for watching video, reading or additional sleep area. Each bedroom has a TV in addition to one in the Family Room. High speed, wireless internet access is also provided. An outdoor heated shower is located downstairs for convenience. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys as well as a roll cart.

We have vacationed in Litchfield & Pawley's Island most of our lives. It truly offers the best Resort ammenities on the east coast in our opinion! The pristine white/sandy beach, dunes, blue water along with the wonderful climate for at least 10 months of the year all combine to make this a great get away.
