You will love this spacious, well-appointed 3-bedroom condo with a fabulous view (from your private balcony) of Terry Cove, Perdido Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Each bedroom has its own bath, closet, and TV with DVD player. The master bedroom and living area are equipped with flat screen TV's.
Children, as well as adults, love the pool, water slide, and lazy river. The rooftop tennis court is also popular. (Rackets and balls are available for checkout at the desk.)
Off-site attractions include the Wharf (shopping, dining, & outdoor concerts), Tanger Outlet Mall, a zoo, miniature golf, water park, amusement park and go-cart track, Pensacola Naval Air Museum, etc.
Pets (although we love them) and smoking are not allowed.

This condo exceeded my expectations! We had a wonderful family time, and we took our Robalo R-227 and also rented their boat slip. We have found our yearly vacation destination! The condo is very spacious and laid out well-- we loved the wall of windows; the view is amazing and the extra-large balcony gets MORNING sun, which is important if you have ever gotten a balcony on the beach during the summer time. From the view, you will see dolphins, water sports and boats, parasails and in the distance, Perdido Pass and the gulf. The condo has an ice maker, which turned out to be exceptionally convenient and helpful and the kitchen is fully-equipped-- we even found a baking sheet for cookies. If I had to choose one thing I would improve, I would say the pillows could be smaller and softer-- but that is just our personal preference; we personally prefer 4 to 6 standard sized pillows on king sized beds, but that was honestly neither here nor there-- wanted to make a balanced review. I have already spoken to the owners about reserving dates for 2012. Our kids LOVED the lazy river and water slide (heck, I enjoyed it too.. yes, a 41 year old woman on a water slide!) and taking the boat to the beach with us REALLY stepped it up; it is an entirely different experience to have a boat on the cove! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this particular condo and the complex as well. If you are on the fence about it, I say "do it"!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The photos do not even do this place justice! The entire condo is immaculate and very spacious. We even had a chef in our group and she was impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect...although you might not want to leave the pool or lazy river, it is so relaxing. You will not be disappointed here. The owners are very accessible if you need anything or have questions. I will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
