  Watch Out! the Pictures of these places are decieving. there are only two rooms. A bathroom, and a "living" area, which consists of, Two Full Beds, A Round Table with 4 chairs, Dresser, TV on Wall, Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Sink, ALL in the SAME ROOM!!! Plus there is NO WHERE to put anything if you plan on buying groceries, such as soups, Crackers, Box of Cereal, Bread, and so on. I had to stuff it on the top of the Refrigarator, Microwave, and on the table. Sewage back up in the tub, Toilet. Sink Drained super slowly in bathroom, poor lighting. and if your key card stops working, Good Luck, Front Desk is NO help, Security is slow and "rude" Other Permanent Tennants were not all that friendly. I would NOT recommend this to anyone, if you made it to Hawaii, then spend a little more and get a Nice Place To Stay too. which is not here!

  Owner response: First of all Paul thought this is a one or two bedroom condo where everything is separate, sorry you just rented a STUDIO!!!. Second this studio has twelve cupboards and drawers, I don't know how much grocery he had, he couldn't fit in them, he had to put them on top of the refrigerator, table and microwave. He rented it for 13 nights. Third, when we went in the room all the drains where working fine and there was no sewage blocked as he stated. Paul should have called us, if he had any problem with anything anytime, he never called us, not even once for anything. Fourth, Paul complained about security, as for security like any where they have to verify before they will give new key or reprogram the old key and we can not do anything about it. I am sorry he did not like the room, but the pictures are of the same exact room, I don't know what he found different. The rate he paid was around $64/night plus charges and honestly everybody thinks it is a very good rate in Waikiki for a room this size and with full kitchen. In the same building for a smaller room and just a coffee maker starts from $99/night to $139/night.

  We stayed at this property for a week and it was exactly what we expected. The room is very clean and thoughtfully stocked and suited our needs very well. Having the kitchen also saved time and money on meals-we didn't have to line up for an hour for breakfast every morning!! It is a comfortable room and quiet, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Shopping is also within walking distance-about 15 minutes to the mall, and a drugstore/convenience store is almost next door. The owner was extremely accommodating, extending our checkout time so we could store our luggage until our later flight, making our stay stress free and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would stay there again!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  We stayed in Unit A on the 26th floor at this very affordable condo/hotel for 10 nights over Thanksgiving. The owner was very kind in allowing us a late check in and met us at 11:30pm on our arrival. Although this unit is very compact it had everything we needed. Rooftop pool and hot tub with gas BBQ grills on the 6th floor. The building itself is very secure, even though the neighborhood was quite safe at all times of day and night. On premises were a fun pub with great food in the basement, a bicycle, car and scooter rental shop as well as two other restaurants and a convenience store right at the hotel. In the one block area was a pharmacy, ABC store , 7-11, Cheeseburger Waikiki bar & grill, Tony Roma's, motorcycle rental and gas station. 10 minute walk to beach and shopping with easy access to almost anything we needed. This was a wonderful place and very easy on the budget. Thanks Ali!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
